Crappy and not worth it
Stopped working within two weeks. That’s not okay.

Love it
I love this product! I use it every workout. The instant feedback and monthly readings are inspiring.I read the other review that gave it 1 star. I bet she/he had trouble getting it to work because the black pads need a little moisture to communicate with your body. I always have my water bottle with me. I take a little water and put it in the pads. One beep means it’s on and looking for the app. And you are ready to go!!

Do not buy
The belt never stays connected. The only way it connects to the app and actually registers my heart rate is if i press it against my skin with my hands. If you are a woman and have anything at all going on with your chest, the belt will not fit and will not read your heart rate.

Great monitor especially for club, but accuracy?
My cycling studio uses My Zone on a screen so you can see yourself on it as well as others during your workout. I was hesitant to get because I have an Apple Watch which also monitors my heart rate and calories burned and I can set my workouts on it. I didn't think I needed to see myself on the screen as I could look at my watch and check my heart rate as well as my workout effort. My results were consistently similar to others near me that also had the watch. However, I kept reading how many calories a "typical" cycling session burned and I was constantly falling short according to my watch although I knew I was sweaty and so were the others that had the watch which made me question the accuracy. I asked someone with a My Zone to wear my watch during a workout so both we could compare between the two. She did this for two separate workouts and both times, the My Zone was almost twice the calories burned than what the watch said. After the second time, I went out and bought a My Zone. Wore them both for 5-6 workouts and sure enough, My Zone consistently came up with almost double the calories burned than the watch (for instance, if the watch said I burned 300 calories, My Zone would say I burned closer to 570ish). I don't run the watch anymore for my workouts (when you do both the watch and My Zone, it registers as you've worked out twice the amount and the total calories burned on both devices) and only use My Zone now which is much more in line with the "estimated calories burned for my activity/workout". I have never been able to "feel" the strap while working out, it's quite comfortable and I actually enjoy seeing my efforts up on the screen much more than I thought I would. It does tend to push you just a bit more than you might otherwise be doing. A friend said she wouldn't like the distraction from her workout having it up on the screen but again, I actually enjoy it and don't feel it takes away anything from my workout. Bottomline, I'm not sure which one is more accurate but I'd like to think My Zone is. Just remember to unhook the monitor from the strap when you aren't using so it doesn't wear out the battery. I usually keep my phone at home so when I do open the app on my phone, it downloads any workouts since the last time which I enjoy seeing. I haven't figured out how to get My Zone to register yet on My Health/Exercise Ring on my watch but I'm sure you probably can. Oh and no matter where you buy it from, make sure you get your gyms "code" and not use someone else's. By using your gyms code, you can see other members/friends that go to the same place you do.

No Return Policy
I was looking for a device to record my heart rate during exercise. This device sends your information into the cloud, then sends you a score for exercise. Not what I wanted. Then I find out there is a no return policy, which is not mentioned on the Amazon website. Very Disappointed. Buyer beware.

DON'T buy this, pick another brand---$$$ wasted!!
Have only had this for about 6 months. Already, I'm having sensor issues. It stops recording halfway through my workout. VERY frustrating! Used to love it, but for all the $$ I paid for this, it should last much longer than 6 months!

Trouble
First I couldn't register the product because of confusing instructions and a video that was not accurate. Once I jumped through the hoops to register the product I could not get it to work. A royal waste of time.

Better than expected!
I received one of these free when I joined my local Snap Fitness. I kind of thought it would be a novelty thing, and I just tried it to see if it would be something I would enjoy using. For the most part, I love it!This device looks like a typical dumb heart rate monitor. However, it connects to my phone via Bluetooth. I get to see how long each of my workouts is, my average heart rate intensity, the amount of time I was in each percentage of my maximum heart rate, and the total time I was in my training zone. The monitor stores workouts so one does not need to have their phone with them, and it wirelessly connects to cardio machines at my club to display my heart rate while working out. The app provides an easy to read graph and uses easy to read color codes to let the user know how hard they are working their heart in relation to their theoretical maximum heart rate. The device turns on when it is connected and worn. It may take a little water or aloe vera gel on the two black sensors located on the band to get it to read one's heart rate. This is a neat way to track my fitness routine.
