The maltodextrin in this product made this purchase a mistake for me. I was unfortunately not aware until after I made the purchase, of how maltodextrin raises the bodies glucose levels and throws the body out of ketosis.

I got this to make a coffee creamer. makes a greasy creamer and has to be sifted with sugar in order to not be lumpy that won't stir into coffee. On it's own is near useless as the lumps don't dissolve. dissolves ok sifted with sugar but makes coffee cup really greasy.

This is the best powdered coconut powder I've tried so far. Like other coconut powders it is clumpy, so I buzz in the food processor, then store in glass jars. For some reason, it seems to make my coffee taste sour but when I reconstitute it with warm water it tastes perfectly coconutty. I'm not sure why this is because the coffee tastes fine with heavy cream for a creamer.

I use it when making dairy free, keto hot cocoa mix and it's delicious.

I have been using this to make hot chocolate. I have tried several other coconut milk brands and this is by far the best tasting!

This is such a convenient way to add coconut milk flavor to coffee, oatmeal, or any dish you would use coconut milk. Plus, it tastes so good!

I love this powder to mix in with match powder!
