Kids Travel Play Tray Bag - Childrens Car Seat Buggy Pushchair Lap Tray and Carry Bag (Grey/Bright Green)

After receiving this tray I was pleased. I was not expecting anything really big because of the pic suggested was not that big, Its just the size of my childrens lap. Not too big which works for me. If you are wanting this for color books it will not be big enough but smaller toys and The edge around the tray does not stand up completely.It can be pushed down but does not affect the use. It will still hold things inside the tray while in car. The bottle holder area looks a bit small but after trying I found that my childrens regular size bottles fit in there just fine, The only thing is you have to nudge the larger size bottles down a bit so they are harder to pull out and the child might need help getting it back out. A smaller bottle will sit perfectly and can be taken right out. I mean smaller circumference wise. You can also use the cup holder hole for snacks and snack cups and even little toys The quality is good enough. The strap is long and will fit around the back of your carseat or just around the child. I recommend around the car seat. Its also adjustable. I am happy with the product and recommend.Hope this review helps someone out.

My kids love their trays. The side pockets cannot be used when child is in a car seat but it fit well in between the sides of the seat. This product could be better if the strap latched on both sides. My children want the tray removed after they eat. Due to the tray only latching on one side it makes it difficult to undo the tray without climbing over the seat. Now that my oldest has more control we do not hook this around the seat anymore so she can place it to the side when she is finished. It cleans up easy and I love that the raised lip go all the way around. This has prevented a lot of food falling into the car seat and having a mess to clean at the next stop.

With over 150 hours logged in the car over the past 2 months we have thoroughly tested this tray; and it is everything I had hoped for and more!Before I go into my review I want to give you a little background on our use of the tray and the setup in the car. This tray was used mostly for playing and not eating and was used with our Diono Radian Car Seat , which is a slimmer design without armrests. It fit perfectly with this car seat and created an ideal play space for my 4 year old.My 4 year old can clip it around herself and take it on and off as she likes. The clip around the waist was comfortable and kept the tray in place. This tray is smaller than some on the market which actually makes it easier to move around and store in the car. It’s made of a soft material which is more comfortable to have sitting on her lap, but still sturdy enough to color and play on. The pockets on the side are also great to store extras in during play to limit the number of things falling to the ground.The play space is about 8” x 12”, making it too small for a traditional coloring book; which in my opinion are often too big and cumbersome. I printed off coloring sheets at on 5 x 8 note cards, which was just the right size for the tray and fits in the side pocket perfectly.The tray also included a cut out for a cup within the tray. For our purposes it was just the right size, but it is smaller than a standard Camelback water bottle. I used a kids drinking cup and filled it with crayons for coloring projects and it worked perfectly for that. When not used for crayons it held other small pieces for whatever was being played with.This is when I would normally list the pros and cons in my review but since I have no cons and everything about it was spot on I’m going to skip that and just tell you we have thoroughly tested this item and I am looking no further. This is the travel tray for us!

We bought two of these for our 2 and 5 year old boys to take on a very long trip that required 10 hour driving days. My 5 year old put it on once and didn't use it for long. My 2 year old used it a bit more, but not much. We chose this tray because it is a smaller size and can fit between the dimensions of any car seat. Also it has a raised lip that keeps things from falling on the floor and it is firm but still soft for safety reasons. They are very attractive with great colors and nice material. My two year old even colored on his with crayon and I was able to scrub it off with wet wipes, so they are pretty durable. Maybe it's just my kids, but they seemed to spend more time watching their travel tv's than using these trays for anything. If your child is used to having a tray in the car and plays and colors a lot on road trips, I would still recommend this to anyone.

We absolutely love this item. I have a list of maybe 25 items that are necessary for busy, busy kids who need extra "support" to make it through the day-- this is one of those items. My 2-yr-old has hated riding in the car (hates being strapped down) since birth. Now that he is older, I am really trying to travel more (like 40 miles) and get him to the city. Two items have enabled us to make these trips without me losing it-- the big boy car seat from Britax (5-point harness convertible booster) and this travel play tray. He eats a snack or meal on this tray every other day or so, insisting we use the tray. My car and car seats are REMARKABLY cleaner. The tray paid for itself during the first month with less trips to vacuum out the car. My kiddo also loves placing his cup in the holder and lining up crackers and lego figures on the tray. The lip on the side is perfect in size for most toddler toys. It keeps them on the tray, but is also soft enough that forearms can comfortably rest on it while sleeping. I feel good about the softness of the tray-- if there was a horrendous car wreck, it wont produce damage to his head or torso, and is not so soft that it would be a suffocation hazard. The tray is not "hard" so it is not well suited for arts and crafts. I bought a larger, white one that is hard for use down the road. That tray is much more appropriate for 5+ kids. My only criticism of this tray is the removable side pockets. I wish they were just sewn on. The snaps release too easily so it is not handy for storing toys for later use. I will probably stitch it on. However, it was a nice idea for washing since you can throw them in dishwasher if your kid stores food items in them.

It is a little awkward but works as long as the child sits still. It's more like a pillow with a strap. Above is hard enough to place things on top. The side pockets didnt get much use.
