UPDATE: Bought another on Jan 30, 2020 and it fell off my night table to a carpeted floor and broke. Now the piece that goes in your ear just hangs by the wires. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!Yes, the volume can increase when you use the (+) button at the top of the earpiece. When you use the(-) button on the bottom of the earpiece it plays the last song last played. If you use the big button in the center it pauses the music, if you hit it twice consecutively the earpiece redials the last number dialed. I really like this earpiece! The battery life is excellent, the earpiece fits snuggly around my ear and the sound quality is very good. Also, it reads the number calling you. No, it does not sync with your phone contacts to read the number and contact names. Overall, I give this earpiece 5 stars for quality, sound, features and price point. You get your monies worth and you won't be disappointed! I have a Note 8 and it paired with ease. If you make it a trusted device it will unlock your phone as well. I LOVE IT...

Ok so this is my honest review first off there is a video to support this Bluetooth but ima tell u everything she said in that video is a lie .... the sound quality isn’t great ,you only get maybe 20 feet lol and the battery life is garbage I just connected to it at 100% and before I started this review it was at 80% lol ... the only thing and reason I’m not gonna return this Bluetooth is because it ask if you wanna answer and I need a hands free answering device so all I say is yes and my phone call is connected but other than that this is totally worth 18$ lol

Unfortunately, the product worked great for a week and now when the device  is powered on, it continuously repeats "play next song, play next song) other functions will not work. I have powered the Bluetooth off and on, I have unpaired it with the mobile device, and I have restarted my mobile device to see if it stopped the glitch and it was unsuccessful.  I am requesting either a replacement to a device that works or a refund to my account .

This Bluetooth is awesome and has great sound and battery life and material is comfortable..

Received this in perfect time. I got this to sink up to my Apple Watch for when I workout at the gym So I don’t need my phone right there. It reaches a good distance and battery life is perfect! You can adjust the ear piece to either ear and adjust it to whatever angle you want or need in your ear!! Sound is great!

There was practically NO volume at all, even out of the box. The little rubber neck on the components is coming apart. Doesn't hold much of a charge for very long. I paid a lot of money for it, and I was disappointed.

The only thing I disliked about this Bluetooth for your ear is that your ear becomes sore after a few hours of wearing it, and you gotta switch ears. Other than that they are worth the pay.

I like it because it's small, but it's a little thick around my ears. Trends to make my ears a little tender. I try not to wear it all the time.
