My doctor suggested this exact brand and dosage about five years ago. They greatly reduced my hot flashes, both in frequency and heat level. I can't imagine my life without this product. I take one capsule per day.

Got these for my wife who seems to be getting those many pallsel hot flashes, LOL !! This menopause stuff is no joke though. She is comfortable one minute, then ripping her clothes off the next!! "WHY do you got the damn heat on !!?? " I don't know, maybe because its 10 degrees outside.....IDK what happened after that. So, I looked around and a lot of women were saying to take this Black Cohosh to help reduce the number and severity of the hot flashes.So we got them.She takes 2 capsules twice a day. Once in the morning, and another right after dinner. So, after about a month and a half of taking them this way, the results were pretty clear! My wife is not 100% clear of all hot flashes, but she rarely gets them now, and when she does, they are tolerable!

Use this with Evening PrimRose Oil capsules once daily = no hot flashes. Also, no soy or gluten. Good idea to reduce caffeine intake to reduce hot flashes.

This supplement may not work for everyone but for me I was amazed at the results! I no longer sweat at night and during the day my flashes seem to be fewer. I noticed when I do flashed in the day they're still no sweat which is what I was suffering with especially in my scalp. Like I said may not work for everyone but if you're looking for natural alternative you should at least try it Give it about a month or so before rating it!

Wow, this black cohosh really works! It's hard to say for sure, but I feel like one capsule is about as strong as 2mg of estradiol!

This has helped me so much. I feel like it is my miracle drug. I was soaking wet all night long, and hot flashing throughout the day. I also have not slept through the night for about 3 years. I have been taking this faithfully for 3 months now and I may have 1 hot flash a day at the most. I am also sleeping through the night. I don't know if it's just coincidence or not, but there is no way I am going to stop it to see.

I used this product previously and initially felt it did not work at calming down my hot flashes. After not having the product for a while, the hot flashes came back worse. Now that I have the product again, I can see the difference and my hot flashes have subsided tremendously since I started taking it again. I will continue to buy this and highly recommend to any ladies having hot flashes.
