UPDATE: I have now had this case for 3 months and after modifying it, I am still pretty impressed with the build quality. The hard 'shell' does a good job protecting the unit from moisture.Basically I went after the foam insert with a bread knife to cut away some of the foam and allow for the progs to remain inserted into the thermometer while being able to close the case. If you live in an area where it doesn't rain, you could just leave the prongs inserted through the little prong hole in the side of your grill or smoker... or if you live in a rainy part of the world, you can coil the prongs gently in a loop and zip the case up. See pictures.If Inkbird reingeneered the case so that the thermometer itself sat closer to the top edge, and made room for the jacks, this would be a perfect case. I am going to leave it at 5 stars because I have not found a better option yet.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Great case, but i wish you could store the prongs while still leaving them plugged in. You have to unplug the sensors to fit them in the case, and unplugging every time is a pain and wears the jacks out.

Picked this up to hold my IBBQ-4T and probes. I love it. Fits everything perfectly and makes it easy to transport.

Worked flawlessly first time up. No problem with Bluetooth comm with iPad and Android phone. Still on original charge after about 10 hours of use, and going strong (actual mileage may vary).Strongest feature is the ability to connect to App with Bluetooth. I found the app somewhat rudimentary and in need of update. The ability to store data would be nice. Also overlapping graphs might make correlation easier. Would have given 4.5 stars if that were possible.

Very sturdy canvas case with a lot of protection.

I’ve had it for a couple months now, used 10-15 times. So far I’m happy with it. Hard to beat the quality for the price. The app is sufficient, though it doesn’t display on your toolbar like I-grill; you have to actually open the app to see temps. Alarms work well and there are many preset alarms to choose from, or customize your own. Graphing function is nice, too.I haven’t experienced any of the problems I’ve seen others report, but its still relatively new.All 4 probes are accurate. I work for a temperature calibration company and actually tested them against the same equipment we sell to places like NASA. They’re not ridiculously accurate, but all 4 were within 0.5 degrees accuracy at 0, 25 and 100 degrees Celsius over an hour of data collection.I’d probably purchase this same unit again if I lost mine.

I bought this for the Inkbird WiFi probe thermometer (IBBQ-4T) and it fits perfectly.The case feels sturdy in the hand and the zipper is good quality. The base unit as well as the probes and charging cable fit neatly inside, making storage easy.Would recommend this case for this unit.

Bought with BBQ 4BW but cut out wrong shape. Had to return 4BW cause it wouldn't pair right if you have 2.4 and 5g. But IBT goes perfectly. Used pad from box to cover glass screen for additional protection. 4 vice 5 stars because a similar pad a little less thick should be included.
