I tried out this product for a few weeks. I wanted to be sure the material did not lose it’s elasticity. It did not! The vest makes my arms look slimmer and my upper back rolls from being shown through tight long sleeve tops. I haven’t seen a change in my posture as of yet but I’m hoping to see a difference in my back posture over a few weeks time. I will update within another month!Update!Posture has definitely improved. Purchased this because I've had a radical mastectomy- this means I have no remaining breast tissue or lymph nodes in my right arm pit. Because of this, I'm prone to swelling- called lymphedema. I am supposed to wear a sleeve whenever engaging in activities that might contribute to fluid build-up, swelling. I am a bad patient and I don't. Sometimes I forget to take my medical sleeve when flying- a big NO NO. Anyway, I thought this product might be a nice solution to wearing one singular sleeve and having a sloppy, floppy arm on the other side without a sleeve. This is made out of quality stretch material that is soft and not stiff. The 3 different sizes hook closures (under breast) really made it possible to wear this all day, since I swell a bit after meals I can adjust if necessary. I'm 5'2, 130 ish and I ordered medium. It makes total sense, it's like shapewear for arms! My arms have never looked so good in fitted sleeves! Thank you , thank you!

I just had a brachioplasty and lipo to my upper arms, and I ordered 3 different compression garments. This was the one I kept for support after the immediate post-op period. I bought the full length sleeve one with the strap across the upper chest for the immediate post-op period.I am 5'8 an 200 pounds, and I ordered 2XL, because of the tightness around the waist area and the way it tends to ride up. There is still enough compression to the upper arms. Being 3/4 sleeve, it will look better under my work clothes. The material is smooth and silky. Good price for quality.

I ordered the small size. It shapes your arms nicely. I just wish the front clasps had a tighter option, but other than that it fit perfectly on my arms. I’m 5’1 and 115 lbs. The product is true to size. It gives you a nice figure and it isn’t too bulky. You can easily wear it underneath other clothing

This compression sleeve is amazing! It slims your arms and pushes up your chest seemlessly. It doesn’t show thru underneath your shirt at all. I purchased a size small and it fits perfectly! I’m posting photos so you can see the difference in my arms.

I recently had minor cosmetic procedure on the backs of my arms and ordered this in a size small.I'm 5'7", a C bust, and a normal (not low but not high- healthy) BMI. My rib cage is 32 inches. This fits me fine, which doesn't seem like it should given it's a compression piece. I'd have normally assumed I'd wear a medium as I do have broad shoulders.This definitely runs large. I am a little concerned the restriction part on my upper arms isn't tight enough as i'm healing - my swelling has reduced and i'm concerned it's not constricting tightly enough for proper healing... but I guess we'll see. Other reviewers are correct and the back does gap away from your back which is odd. no matter how tight i make the front, there's always a gap over my back brastrap. Really a strange fit.

I really like the material! It’s super comfy to wear especially under any type of clothing since it’s so thin. I hoe army didn’t need it much for my arms but that’s just a plus! It makes your chest look bigger as well! And holds up your boobs in any top(: lol

I was speculate about buying these online, however I made a very good choice on doing so. Not only is the material great quality but it fit and sculpted amazingly. I would wear this with a long sleeve or half sleeve otherwise it may be noticeable. I will definitely be a returning customer. A+ :)
