16x16 Inch (40x40 cm) India Style Elephant Peacock Decorative Throw Pillow Covers Case Cushion Cover for Sofa Couch Chair Bed Back Zipper Insert Not Included (Purple)

I just wanted a touch of gold to tie sofa to rooms decor. I have eclectic furnishings and was attracted to the material and pattern on this pillow case.I ordered two in the 16 inch size along with the feather and down pillow inserts also available on Amazon. Back to the case...it's made well with a back zipper. I ordered the pillow case in the color gold. Note the backing of this pillow is solid black. My inset fit perfectly and I was able to insert it with out breaking zipper or weakening seams. I did take off one star due to slight imperfection in one case that looks like a slip in the weave. It's no big deal but I thought I'd mention it. I'm happy with the outcome and I would recommend this pillow case as an affordable way to add some interest and add a unique accent in your home.

This pillow cover is GORGEOUS!!!! I've taken pics with and without flash for reference, but the color is that of a deep, rich Jade green with a Gold pattern, Gold peacocks and Burgundy/Gold elephants.The back of the pillow is solid black with a zipper closure about 3-inches from the top of the pillow. It has a small flap that hides the zipper from showing, which is very nice.It's sold as a 16"x16", but my 14"x14" pillow insert fit perfectly. I'm guessing that a 16"x16" would fit by stuffing it inside, but I didn't want to risk causing the zipper to break. It's up to you....Also, the outer material is a thin silky feeling, but there's some form of a padding that makes it feel poofy, which gives it a nice quality feel.Overall, I highly recommend this pillow cover!!!! It truly represents an Asian theme and goes with my already existing Thai decor in my living area. I'm going to purchase another and also see if they come larger sizes.*Please note that this is a cover only. Insert is sold separately.

Nice thick material. Good quality construction. It has a sheen to it that I wasn't expecting. Soft and very pretty.

The pillow is really pretty. I purchased the maroon one. I would say that the maroon is more of a brighter red and the gold a brighter gold than what appears in the image. The back is a cheap looking black fabric. I had asked a question about the back because I was using it with an open back chair and wanted the back to look good too, but it doesn't. I'm going to keep the pillow because it is cool, but I can't use it where I wanted to due to the back's color and clear view of the zipper.

I used on my living room couch. Looks really nice with other pillows there. It is a bit rare and out of the ordinary with the Eastern theme. I like these very much.

OK pillow. Not a great value for the price.

I use the bold/gold tone pillow as a chair cushion when I sit for meditation. The pillow fits my needs, size and comfort wiseand blends fairly well with the rug underfoot, which is one of the reasons I chose it. While I’d prefer if the gold tone areas weremore muted and less shiny, it’s otherwise perfect.

great pillow cases. Nice comfortable material. My only complaint is that the color is not quite as shown. On the blue one, around the gold is actually a reddish/maroon type color. It throws off my whole living room but I love them so much it's hard to part with them.

Bought as a gift for mother-in-law. Seem to be well made, soft and decorative. She is very pleased with them.

The print is lovely but I would say the fabric is a bit shiny which does affect how the cushion looks alongside others. The sheen makes the colours pop less. This meant I have changed where I was going to use the cushion but at such good value this isn't a major problem.

I ordered two of these in "black", thinking that the contrasting colour was a bright, purple tone. Instead, it is more of a claret, which doesn't suit the purple sofa I intended to use it for. Saying that, colour can never be easily displayed in a photo and this comes pretty close. The covers are of a really good quality fabric, black on the reverse and they certainly are worth the money and the delivery was prompt, arriving ahead of time. I would recommend these without hesitation, as they can be used in a casual or more formal setting. If I have to get picky, I'd say that the use of a black zipper would have been preferable. These covers have a white zip, which looks cheap, although it's fully functional and the zip is mostly concealed. It just stands out quite starkly against the black fabric.

The lovely blend of colours in this cushion are really decadent and match my bed covers brilliantly. This particular cover has a satin black underside with the zip a quarter of the way down with a little flap to cover it. X

I bought four covers and they are absolutely stunning! They are made to the highest quality and every stitch is perfect and flawless down to the zip! I would highly recommend:-) ❤️
