50s Style Pleated Swing Skirt for Tea Party Cocktail with Pockets GF560

I'm 5'3" and size UK 16/18, I purchased the XL. Its an adorable skirt and I loved it. I especially love that it has pockets since a lot of skirts don't come with them. My only complaint is that the bow comes undone frequently, I'm not sure what it is but I'd tie it tight and 30 minutes later it would be undone or hanging loosely. Really its the smallest and most trivial of complaints. Definitely recommend this skirt.

Lovely looking skirt, but very see through and pulls threads extremely easily. After 3 uses the skirt was all snagged and marked, and I only wore it to my desk bound job!

The good:+ wrinkle free+ air dries in seconds+ looks niceThe bad:- not a full circle- STATIC and clings to your legs, no matter if you wear tights or not.I almost regret buying it, but it does look nice.

Beautiful but enormous sizing - the sellers guide simply doesn't reflect the actual sizing.Otherwise a beautiful skirt - but misleading sizing. I could get in this and could fit both arms in an apparent 26inch waist?!Um, no.

I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of this skirt. The fabric is heavy enough to wear in winter yet stretchy and springy and looks very feminine. Unfortunately for me it comes to mid calf ( I am 5ft 2inches) and I would have liked it to come just to the knees so I will have it shortened. I am very happy with the skirt apart from the length and will buy here again.

this skirt fitted as I thought it would I ordered the medium and it just about fits my waist line comes to 82.3 cm and my hip/tummy comes to 100.9 cm this skirt sits just fine on me I'm trying to slim down and this means that this skirt would only fit me even more perfect once i lose a little weight :)Its a lovely feeling material perfect length I'm 5'6 or 5'7 I cant remember witch and it comes down half way on my calf I don't like my legs so its perfect to hide while still being feminine .

I only just got this but I love this skirt! The material is slightly stretchy making for a really easy good fit, the cut is lovely and the fabric is a little bit weighty giving it that more luxurious feel. At the top of the zip is a little clasp which I haven't quite worked out to do behind my back yet but also don't think it's needed to keep the skirt up.

Buttons fell off the first time I wore it when my son hugged me. Luckily they're just for decoration so can be replaced but I would have liked more than one wear out of it before I broke it!Fabric is thick and warm, perfect for winter. Pockets are a nice size.
