VONN VSRC3624 Silva 23-3/4" Wide Integrated LED Ring Chandelier, Wood / Black

This fixture is one of the reasons I love Amazon. I first found this on another site (initials OS) for $499. When I went back to buy it, it was $659. So, I watched it, and over the next couple weeks it fluctuated between $799 & $599, changing every couple days. Then I thought to search other sites and found it on Amazon, and found a fair price.This fixture looks very expensive.It's a little tricky to install correctly - getting the rings level can be a challenge. We set up a step ladders, and strung it between the rungs while we adjusted the rings (use a level!) Once we had everything in balance, we hung it form the ceiling box. We set the fixture rings on boxes on top of the table to take the weight off it while I attached the box to the ceiling. So just be patient with the installation - and make sure there are 2 of you to do it.I think because of the lens, the light emitted is exceptionally warm as compared to other LED fixtures which can render almost blue-white. This warmth is almost reminiscent of incandescent lighting. It gives an great homey feel.It's stunning over my mid-century modern kitchen table & chairs. It really threads the needle between contemporary & mid-century. It works great on my Lutron Caseta dimmer system (unlike other fixtures I've purchased).
