Ideal for a heavy longboard!
I have about a 20 lb electric skateboard that I ride down a steep hill to get to the beach to surf. I've been carrying my skateboard, backpack, and surfboard when I'm walking along the beach. Carrying my skateboard gets really tiring, so I ordered this backpack. I'm super stoked on it.I just got it, set it all up (it has a ton of adjustments to get your skateboard secure and in the exact place that you want it), and it works amazing. Most importantly, it holds your skateboard super tight against the backpack because of all of the straps it has. With the hip and chest straps, it feels like nothing to carry a heavy skateboard with gear inside. The backpack also has a ton of different pockets to hold all of your gear. My tripod fits perfectly in one of the outside pockets. It's really well designed.I highly recommend it.

Good skateboard backpack.
In general, the GoRide Commuter Backpack is a good backpack. It’s has a large inner compartment two side bottle holders and a storage compartment for glasses and such. The laptop compartment zipper is from the side. I found that a little unusual but it works. Trying to figure out how best to secure your skateboard took a little while as the instructions where made for the long electric skateboards that have a narrow front and back board area that opens up to the wheels. I have a meepo mini 5 which is closer to a normal skateboard and I fumbled around in how best to get it snug. I got it to work, just had to try a few ways to get it. The only thing that bothered me was the shoulder straps. I felt that they weee a little thin. I wish they were wider. Other than that, it’s a good skateboard backpack. I use it to commute to work and strap the skateboard when on the subway.

The backpack that can store everything!
I'm a current owner of the GoRide Pro e-board that goes at a whopping speed of 20mph. Since owning the electric skateboard I've realized after some time, that although its made commuting much more fun and quick, there are times that require me to carry it. From getting in and out the train stations, stores, and restaurants to riding up escalators, elevators, or stairs, the ability to be able to have my hands free during those times adds so much more convenience. I no longer have to fiddle with my pockets, wallet, money, or my cell phone. It has made commuting much easier with the ability to store the skateboard at the front, along with a piece of mind knowing that I have it on me at all times so no one can steal it. I used to carry a separate backpack for my laptop and lunch containers, but now I have the ability to store my GoRide Pro e-board as well. The backpack itself is very generous in size. I can store my 14 inch Lenovo laptop easily with extra room, a few lunch containers, headphones, power cables, set of gym clothes, and my mirrorless camera along with either a water bottleor foldable umbrella to place on either side of the backpack, and I still have extra room! (see pics) The top section is great for storing my phone, wallet, and headphones for easier access. The extra long zipped pouches are a nice touch to store a small tripod or a selfie stick. The open pouches on the side can easily store and secure a water bottle or umbrella.I was a bit concerned that the added weight would make wearing the backpack uncomfortable, but with the sternum strap and hip belt, that concern went away. In terms of securing the board, the padded velcro middle flap really helps prevent the board from falling out and the double straps really secure the board in place. There are also two small security flaps at the bottom to support the board as well. Although this backpack is made for the GoRide e-boards, the way that the straps are designed allows for more of a universal fit, so that if you own a different type of board, more than likely it should fit. I have to admit, there are a lot of straps, but really only necessary if your board is fairly heavy. If you own a lighter board you don't need to use every strap.Overall, this is a must have for anyone with any type of board, especially for the commuters!

The Number 1 Backpack for Electric Skate Boards
If you're a student or a commuter with an electric skate board, I'd highly recommend getting this backpack. This backpack will firmly hold your board behind you closely and securely when you're not riding your board with you. I figured at first that I'd just carry my board around because it's simple enough, right? But the convenience is so very nice to have for the peace of mind instead of carrying any of my skateboards, electric or traditional board. And besides the board carrying feature, this backpack is roomy and well built. I use it to carry my 15 inch MacBook Pro to work and have room for water bottles, helmet and packed lunch. It's been my go to daily commute pack when I was in school and now for when I go to work(I live in a city). If you plan on getting an electric skateboard or have any type of traditional skateboard with you, you'll love having this backpack.

Served it's purpose.
Works to a degree, my boosted board felt too heavy for this product. The threads ended up ripping from a lot of usage, wear and tear. It was good for the time I needed it.

Cheap material
I really wanted to love this bag. I do like the design, although it is small. But the interior material is so thin its torn away from the seams. The stitches have held, but the material has no strength. All the pocket dividers have ripped, so the inside has no separation and is now just one big pocket. Also, one of the shoulder straps completely ripped loose from the bottom, leaving a hole to the interior. Very sad. For the price, this bag should have held together better.

Great product!!!
I use this backpack with my Boosted Mini. The quality is great and it is very sturdy. It holds the weight of my electric skateboard very well. There’s a lot of storage and the quality is good. I’m able to fit my laptop in the laptop slot and put my extra gym clothes, gym shoes, gym bottle, mouse, and miscellaneous items. This works well since I can go straight to the gym during my work hours and only need to carry one bag. I have to say that this is a good all in one backpack for anyone that needs a multi-purpose bag.

Well built and good quality materials as well as great functionality
Nicely built but when the board is on the backpack it’s quite heavy.
