First, let me start by saying this is a terrific bargain with all 3 tools included (5 if you count the second glove and handle). The bristles are obviously high quality boar and are not soft, they do what they’re supposed to if you’re looking for dry brushing. The wood is sturdy and beautiful. The ease of use of the brush is great with being able to easily switch out the handle or just use the palm strap. Second, I use the gloves in the shower as well as the face sponge. I’ve also added on coconut oil after shower and can already see smoothness where I used to be lumpy :p Lastly, I’m a dry brush pro so I’ve been using this daily, if you’re new you may want to ease in, you’ll get results but you want to make sure you’re being healthy and drinking tons of water, green tea, etc!

So happy that I decided to get this set! There were a lot of choices & I now feel I bought the best.Dry brushing was recommended as a good exfoliation technique for the self tanner I purchased, and of course I'm after smoother skin. I have eczema & overall dry skin but after reading/researching the benefits of dry brushing, decided to give it a shot. I haven't had any flare ups, but I follow with a shower & then coconut oil.The boar bristle brush is just right for dry brushing, not too soft, nor too rough. I brush according to the provided instructions, brush each section 10-15x's and only a few bristles have shed, like fewer than 3. The handle fits firmly & securely (sometimes a bit too secure that it's hard to remove lol, but that's on me for attaching it too tightly) into the brush and hasn't come off while using it.Don't use it in the shower or bath/leave it in the shower or bath, don't leave it wet after the occasional rinse to rid it of dead skin cells. I hang it to dry when needed & store it in the the bag it came in. Leaving it wet will destroy the bristles & possibly split the wooden handle.Love the exfoliating gloves! Normally I use an Italy towel for bathing and these gloves offer the same if not better exfoliation/cleansing. The pumice stone is a nice weight & effective. Also love the konjac sponge, have been using it 2x's a day for facial cleansing for almost 2 weeks. There aren't really care instructions for it, which may be why some have had issues. Once you use it & it dries, it becomes hard but you just soak it for a few mins & it softens again, then hang to dry.I'm already seeing & feeling smoother skin and the self tanner went on like a dream! Forever part of my beauty regimen!

I have suffered skin problems since I was 10 years old, which only got worse as an adult. I have tried almost everything to help, including changing my diet, testing food allergies, multiple topical products, dermatologist medication, coconut oil, aloe vera, birth control, you name it. My skin was always super dry, so that it sort of hurt to the touch. I honestly wasn't expecting much from this product, but I thought exfoliation might help keep my skin from flaking so much. After 3 days of use, my skin is the best it has been in my whole adult life!!!! I can't believe it. It feels hydrated, smooth, and all the obnoxious bumps have disappeared or decreased significantly. And what I thought was hormonal acne is also clearing. It is a miracle. It feels like my skin is finally breathing. I'm not sure if this works the same for everyone, but regardless I'm positive this dry exfoliation is healthy for everyone! All I have been using is the dry brush for 5 min in the morning before my shower and the gloves in the shower. I highly recommend this product!

I love the bristles. They are just firm enough to be totally relaxing during dry brushing. Another positive: the company emails you an instructional video, which was very helpful. However, the handle keeps slipping off while I am brushing. It does not attach at all securely.Though having a detachable handle seemed like a plus when I was shopping for this item, it clearly is not. When I replace this, I will get a long-handled brush that does not have this feature. Having the brush head go flying off and clatter on the tile is a definite mood killer. That really is the only negative.

I was very skeptical about dry brushing...but at 57 my skin is so dry. I have only used it for three days....but WOW! My legs and arms do not look dry AT ALL! I have used it every day before my shower. I then use the gloves every other day in the shower. I use the small sponge to clean my face. I would HIGHLY recommend this product if you have dry skin. I was shocked to see such a difference already...just three days. I don't usually write reviews...but I really had to for this product. AMAZING!

Bought this for lymphadema relief and it works! Took a couple of weeks of using it every other day but I have noticed a big difference in fluid reduction

I posted on FB asking about dry brushing and had a bunch on comments. I wasn't sure which one to buy but this package from Zen Me looked good. I was pleasantly surprised how thorough the instructions were and the follow up emails about the product...really love the face sponge and the gloves!

So far this has been an incredible dry brush kit! I love the gloves and the brush is durable, well made and the bristles are soft, but strong. I can already see a difference in my skin and feel a glow! I have poor circulation and I think this may also be helping with my energy levels! I have only used a handful of times, but it is becoming part of my regular routine!Addendum: I brought my brush and gloves on a trip with me and after a lot of motion sickness in the car and a giant headache, I decided to dry brush my whole body and take a shower. Even before getting into the shower and before I even finished brushing I could feel my headache and tension melt away. It was pivotal in easing my stress and helping me relax.

During pregnancy my legs were so swollen and a lot of hair grew under skin, after I gave birth and I lost a lot of weight my legs looked awful...the hair wouldn’t grow properly and my skin looked horrible. The scrub creams wouldn’t help at all as my skin is really dry. I used this exfoliating brush for a week once a day and I could already notice the difference. Now, 3 weeks after I almost solved the problem and my skin looks a lot healthier and shiny. Totally recommend it!

I am a mother in my early 30's with two toddlers they are 13 months apart so my body never really got much of a chance to recover. I never had cellulite before and after using the Zen ME Vitality Dry Brush for one week I can feel the cellulite become smoother and some vanishing!I tried everything and I only have a limited amount of time during my busy schedule so I use this brush for about 10 mins per morning before my shower and I will continue using the brush. It actually works! Exfoliating ones body also allows you to feel more energetic! I bought this set to assist in Dr Robert Morse’s Regenerative Detoxification Protocol to move my lymph and assist in removing acidic waste from my body. The idea is to carry out dry brushing prior to taking a shower which then removes dead cells and opens up the pores. The benefits were felt immediately and I intend to continue dry brushing 2-3 times a week from now on. The brushes came beautifully packaged and arrived in record transit time. Would buy from this seller again - highly recommended.

Aside from the exfoliating gloves which weren't very good, the other products are brilliant. The back scrub and konjac sponge, as well as the after care advice and instructions for use are first class. I found the service to be very personal and that in itself is worth 5 stars. So although be given this company 5 stars, I would have gladly given an extra star had it not been for the exfoliating gloves, but even then I was refunded the cost of the gloves. This company will be going a long way.

This dry body brush is excellent, I have used it nearly every day for a few months and it is still as good as new. I consider myself to be quite sensitive and it does wake your skin up without being uncomfortable. I get fewer ingrown hairs on my legs than I used to before I started brushing and the free exfoliating gloves are also still going strong, so I'm really happy with the value for money. I have not used the pumice stone so can't comment on that. The Konjac sponge was good for a few weeks and then started to crumble, but it was a freebie so I'm not complaining. One or two reviews mentioned the handle not fitting properly but the only time this happened to me was when I had it facing the wrong way when I tried to attach it.
