Customer Service was Awesome
I like the fact that customer service was so great. They replaced my bag at no cost. The bag is everything I wanted and needed. I can carry my Nikon Coolpix A900, my 12.9 iPad pro 2018 version and other personalnitems in it. I really love this bag.I would definitely order from this company again.Thank you for such excellent service.

What I like most is the different compartments and the ease of organizing your things. I plan to order a second bag in black. They will replace most of the other bags in my closet.

does not fit a 13in laptop
bought this for a trip next week, thought i would be able to take my laptop in it since the description said it would fit a 13in laptop or under. it doesn't even come close to fitting.UPDATE I originally gave this a 1 star, but after speaking with their customer service i needed update. They were so nice and gave me a full refund. Its really a nice bag, but was just disappointed that it didn't fit my laptop like i expected. They updated their description. Really very happy with the company and will probably order from them again.

Loooove this backpack
I was excited how great this daypack is. It is bigger that I expected which is exactly what I wanted. the storage is great also! I love the access to front and the more secure space is perfect and what I was looking for when I traveled.

Nice enough
I like the purse fine as others have said it does have a smell to it but I don't think it's the leather I think it is the metal on the zippers but it's a good purse

Very disappointed.
The shoulder strap hook broke after having about 6 weeks. Now the zipper fell off after 2 months and I can't return it. Very disappointed.
