Cheap fix
These are known for being stripped. If you change your own oil it makes it much cleaner. Replace your stripped one with this, cheap and easy fix.

Fits my 2009 Mazda6 perfectly
Someone stripped the allen drain screw head on my new-to-me-Mazda6: since I was already buying a new filter element from Amazon, I decided to order this guy. It went on perfectly and I haven't any issues in the 500 miles since I replaced it.

Inexpensive Insurance.
Haven't used it yet but it represents the least expensive insurance when I change oil in the Mazda 6. The stock cover seems a little fragile and if I ever need a replacement it is in hand. Excellent.

Great replacement.
This could have been rated 5 stars easily, but the Allen screw was slightly damaged. So I just used the old one. I bought this as a replacement for the 2007 Mazda 6 2.3L since the factory one was screwed up by the previous owners. I ended up removing the old one with channel locks. It works as expected and installation was nothing special. So far I have had no issues with leaks.

2008 Milan 4cyl perfect fit
Replacement for my sons 2008 Milan 4cly as the old one was a little rounded. This was a perfect fit and now changing the oil would be much easier!
