I ordered 2 of these---one works fine---the other had a hole in the dish for the oil and was totally useless

Top dish melted along with the wax tart. Returned for a refund.

Came damaged

Worked for a month before the bowl cracked. Cannot return, unusable, wasted money.

This is gorgeous and very well made. Good value for money!

This item leaked water everywhere including the candle, so is in effect totally useless. I couldn't understand why this was happening until I looked closer at the water/oil dish and noticed a crack all the way through it.

Beautiful, high quality burner

Leider ist das oben abdeckende Teil wo das Waser reinkommt nicht sauber gearbeitet und die Schale kann nicht in die darunter liegende Form gesetzt werden sondern nur darauf. Dank einem Dremel habe ich das aber passend schleifen können. Denn nur so erwärmt das kleine Teelicht das Wasser mit Duftöl darüber ausreichend. Sonst wäre der Abstand zu klein. Deshalb zwei Punkte Abzug. Vor Versand ist es bestimmt nicht zu viel verlangt, das kurz zu prüfen, ob die Schale in den Boden passt.

Finalmente un olio diffusore con la capienza necessaria a far consumare tutta la candelina senza il rischio di trovarsi senza acqua ! (che è anche sconsigliato perchè crea sostanze tossiche, se non pulito, nei successivi impieghi)il Prodotto è in terracotta o materiale simile, molto bello a vedersi e consistente al tatto.Forse me lo aspettavo di dimensioni maggiori, ma quel che importa è che i due componenti (base e copertura) sono separati e che la copertura contiene tutto il liquido che uno si aspetterebbe normalmente da un prodotto di questo tipo.Consigliato senza riserve !
