Based on reviews of other tubes, I didn't know what to expect, so I only ordered one package to start with. Well, I am definitely going to order more of these. I got a package of ten tubes for dimes. Yes the screw top isn't the highest quality, but for the price and function, its just fine; it stays on and is secure, that's what's important. These tubes are hard plastic so I can't imagine them losing their shape.I accidentally dropped two of the tubes full of dimes, 4 feet onto a concrete floor; they of course cracked, but they didn't shatter and they remained intact, which I was impressed with. That split second as they were falling I was afraid I was going to have dimes go flying all over my garage.Someone somewhere made a comment about these being the size of a shot gun shell. I just wanted to confirm that the Dime tube is almost identical in all measurements as a 12ga 3" shell; I plan on using a shot gun shell holder to store my tubes of dimes.

I got these to store some dimes. They hold dimes. I can see the dimes. The lid screws off. The lid screws on. When the lid is screwed on, my dimes stay inside. If I don’t want my dimes inside, I can unscrew the lid and take my dimes out. I can look at my dimes whenever I want to. :)

Fits my silver dimes. Holds right at 50 to keep a easy count.
