I purchased this item many years ago and only started to appreciate them in the past couple of years when overuse of the computer's mouse equipment damaged my hands and my thumb in particular. I use the massage balls by rotating them counter and clockwise for several minutes and in no time I feel relief from pain and stress in my finger/thumb's joints for days at a time. I purchased this set when a relative requested information on a way to relieve nerve damage she is experiencing in her hands. I think these massage balls will offer her the same or similar relief because they truly work and I highly recommend them.

The weight and feel was good but these boading balls were just a bit to small for my hand size. Which are large.

These have a calming affect, while exercising my hand's muscles & great for dexterity; requires big hands for the 2" dia. Great quality; shipped in a felt drawstring bag that goes into a nice storage box with a magnetic closure.

I ordered a set of 1.8 in (45 mm) baoding balls for Christmas.The package came with one 1.6 in (43 mm) and one 1.7 in (43 mm) ball.Completely useless "set".

Returned. Size and weight were good/as-described, but each ball looked as if it had already been used/dropped repeatedly; each covered in knicks, scratches, and dents. On one of the balls the chrome finish was starting to chip/flake.
