Fisher-Price See & Soothe Deluxe Bouncer Starry Wonders, Soothing Baby Seat

I think everyone needs a baby bouncer. I have an expensive swing and a mamaroo and hands down my baby prefers her bouncer. It is her favorite place to be besides my arms. We started out with the standard fisher price bouncer and it’s great. I have no complaints. We love it so much that I decided to purchase a second bouncer so we can leave one at grandma and grandpa’s house. This time around I decided to purchase this slightly upgraded model because I like the idea of it sitting higher off the ground. I do indeed like that it sits higher off the ground, but I’m not sure it’s worth paying double the price for that feature. I also like the pedal for bouncing. It’s totally not necessary, but a nice little extra. This bouncer seat is softer and more padded than the standard one which seems more comfortable. My baby doesn’t seem to prefer one over the other so the extra padding doesn’t seem like a huge selling feature to me. What I don’t love about this bouncer is the mobile. It’s at an awkward height and it isn’t very engaging for baby. My baby MUCH prefers the toy bar that comes on the standard model. If this bouncer came with a toy bar instead of the mobile I could whole heartedly recommend it. Not having the toy bar is a big negative to me as my baby really enjoys looking at and playing with the toys. If I were only going to purchase one I’d by the standard, bare bones bouncer with the toy bar. It’s half the price, more light weight and compact and it has the toy bar. If the toy bar isn’t a big deal to you this one is great. I hope this helps someone trying to decide between the two. If you’re on the fence about buying a bouncer just do it! You won’t regret it. The bouncing and vibrating has some magical calming and sleep inducing effect on my baby. I can’t recommend it enough.

Bought this a while back and wanted something that sat up higher because of me having a c-section and I didn't have to bend down this was absolutely perfect in every way.

Baby even agrees (photo attached. 👌🏻). We love this bouncer! We’ve never had an issue with baby’s feet/ankles being hurt, and this kid smacks his legs/feet against it to bounce himself. Hah! He’s quickly approaching the weight limit and idk what we’re going to do! :( And it’s not that hard to put together if you just follow the directions.

Our baby is going to be so sad when she outgrows this bouncer. She absolutely loves it - she happily bounces herself away off and on all day. The foot pedal thing is awesome for my husband and I as we try to work at home while entertaining her. The vibrations put her to sleep. The music is lovely, especially the nature sounds in the background. The only criticism I have is the mobile. It's totally pointless, so we took it off.

Really great for the parents who are "leg shakers". Put your foot on the foot rest and go to town baby will love the rocking

I love the height! I was worried it may not be as stable because it is taller, but we haven't had any issues. Baby loves to look at the little mobile, or to just be rocked to sleep in it. She also likes that she is able to lookaround the room at almost the same level as mommy!

Around 3 weeks my son wouldn’t let us put him down. He would scream if we put him in anything - his swing, bassinet, newborn lounger. When we purchased this bouncer it was the first time in weeks he let me put him down for a few minutes. Soon after he started to like his swing and bassinet again too, and little by little spent more time playing in the bouncer. Now it’s our daily go to spot when he’s not eating, napping, cuddling, or playing. Between the shape, the vibration, the music and the bouncing feature - the soothing combination really worked wonders.

My only regret is not buying it sooner! She is so comfy, supported, and stays sleeping when I put her in there if she has fallen asleep in my arms! I took off the hanging toys that it came with and occasionally will hang the arm back up with one of the toys she loves instead. Great value for a bouncer. I like how deep it is so she doesn't even try to roll out- plus the buckles. Definitely recommend

The only reason I didn’t give the vibration strength full stars is because I haven’t tried it out yet.I ordered this MONTHS in advance to my baby arriving…I have a now three year old giant (50-60lbs)This has withstood all of his “checks” !!! And I couldn’t be happier. I know they are rated to about 25lbs but the fact that it is still standing after his shenanigans is wonderful in my books . Even if it craps out shortly I would still buy another one just because of the abuse I know it can take.

For some reason it’s pretty much the same but I bought one at toys r us last year and it had softer material, it was a teddy bear! I’d recommend that one. The head rest is ok, just doesn’t seem as soft and comfortable as my last newer fisher price pedal stand. Pretty much virtually the same.

Good bouncer overall. I like the elevated seat and pedal. My baby likes the soothing vibration however it drains the battery very fast and it uses big C batteries which aren’t exactly cheap. Would be nice to have a plug in option.

Love this bouncy seat because the baby is lifted off the floor. Comfortable and easy access to put her in and take her out❤️

Only took 10 minutes fo put together nice and easy assembly! Baby seems to love it so far! Strong vibration and love the hands free foot peddle to rock her with!
