Love this product!! I have used this for just over a week and I open it in and put it in either my coffee or my smoothies and you don't taste anything! The pills are a good size and doesn't make you feel like you are swallowing a horse 😂

I haven't been using these very long but already am loving the increase in energy and the appetite suppressant.
