For years I had heard about Marco Pierre White and then I finally decided to discover who he was by ordering an abondanza of books about him and then finally, this cookbook. Well, it is an understatement that he has an impressive biography and the more you read, the more you want. I have been happily trying out some of the recipes in this book, and I imagine him smiling at me while I am working on another Marco masterpiece.
