Centre your track or pole approximately 15cm (6") above your window, allowing a 15-20cm (6-8") overlap on either side. Measuring Curtain Width We suggest that you choose a curtain width 2 times than the pole or track to create folds. For example, your track or pole is 50 inches, and then the curtain width you need would be 100 inches. Measure the width of your track or pole excluding finials on poles. DO NOT measures the window. We recommend the following: End sill length curtains 1.25 (1/2") above the windowsill End below-sill length curtains 15cm (6") below the windowsill End floor length curtains 2.5cm (1") above the floor Tip: Windowsill and floor are not always level, so measure at 2 or 3 points and use the smallest measurement to ensure the best fit. My favorite color is green and here, I had my choice of several shades! These are sumptuous and luxurious looking! They are in my bedroom and they hit the floor.
