I was so anemic that I couldn’t stand up without almost blacking out. Within 3-4 days, my health started to improve. I’ve been taking these for 3 weeks and have more life-force than I’ve had in several years. OXNUTRITION did it again with another wonderful product. My husband and I started with other OX collagen products (which we still use and love!) so when these came out we dicided to try them as well. We certainly do not get enough vitamins in our daily diet, so it’s encouraging to know that our bodies are now getting these vital components to thrive. The capsules themselves are tasteless and, in my opinion, go down easily with a glass of water. My husband occasionally thinks they “get stuck” in his throat but that doesn’t happen when he follows them with a few chugs of water. We will definitely continue using this product and we recommend it to friends frequently.

I couldn’t take these capsules because no matter what I ate after I took them, the capsules make their way back to my throat. So ended up opening them and making a paste with mayo and smothering on a toast. Much better tasting that way believe it or not. I imagine mixing with soft butter or sour cream will work too. Tasted like salty pâté. Can’t testify as to the effectiveness since I couldn’t really take it as prescribed.

I purchased these iron supplements because I was on the low end of normal during my pregnancy. I was told I could hemmorage if my red count was too low and I needed iron.. only problem is iron pills usually make me nauseous and constipated. My midwife suggested these. I couldn't ever take the recommended 6 a day within nausea, but I could do 4, and I stuck with that. I didn't become anemic, and didn't hemmorage or have excessive bleeding after babe was born. I recommend this brand to anyone needing an absorbable iron supplement.

I had low energy and was loosing my hair. Only been taking for a week and have more energy and have noticed not as much hair loss.

This is an easy way for me to get in the nutrients since I don't like the taste of liver. I've found no ill-effects, no bad taste in my mouth after taking; basically a perfect supplement.

To me the product is very good quality. I like the taste of liver so I opening the capsules and shake the powder in my salads. For it is hard to find a good quality liver for food in our time.
