Happy with all aspects.
This has been installed on my 2009 C6 mn6 for 3 months. Paired with headers and a tune, i was able to pull 55 hp out. 470hp to the fly, 415hp, 420lbs to the wheels. I live in SE Georgia, and can honestly say that i have driven through rain too thick to see the end of the hood, and have had no issue with the intake funnelimg water. I would recommend this product to someone planning to do heavier mods to their car because in order to, you will have to cut the plastic shroud above the ac compressor.

The seals around the filter look like they may wear and come unglued with time but ...
The product is about a 4.5 star overall but there are some sub par areas (in my opinion). The seals around the filter look like they may wear and come unglued with time but I can't hold that against them because it hasn't happen yet. Also the install instructions could really use some help. The diagram of the radiator shroud cut out is not very accurate. They instruct you to cut the shroud in the vehicle to save time. I don't foresee time being more valuable than my cars mechanics or appearance. Anyways, I removed the shroud completely and made super clean dremmel cuts and sanded them smooth for a professional look. I got the shroud back in the car and installed the intake and there is some areas were the cut out template is cut to large and others were it is too tight (like near the latches). After a very long night of trying to clean it up and make it look and fit right I'm still unhappy with the shroud cuts appearance. I also had to keep loosening and readjusting the intake tube to finally get in position for the hood to shut properly. The performance of the car sucks for about 100 miles of driving, which they will tell you about in the instructions but after the MAF gets readjusted the performance is nice and I can't complain about that. I just hope they clean up the instructions some and start providing a better template for the radiator shroud cutting.

Awful Instructions & Diagrams
The diagrams (old photocopies of photos) are awful. They look like blurry Rorschach ink blot’s. Grainy, dark and ridiculous. After two hours of installing blindly, nothing fit. Not the lower piece, not the upper piece, not the tubing for the MAF. NOTHING! Please note that I have 45+ years of automotive experience. Do yourself a favor and check online for “real” instructions and photos from others who have installed & documented the procedure. The accompanying photos were taken with an iPhone X and no filter. Exactly as provided. You would think for $400+ they would provide clear, color photos or at least direct you to a website that provides such.As a side note, found it for a lesser price on the manufacturer’s website a week later and they wouldn’t do a price match here. Return shipping was also not provided at a cost of $68.I gave it 2 stars since the performance gains are real, as told by others who’ve installed it.

You're Buying the Technology
For what you get, the price is a little steep, but I guess you are buying the technology, all the R&D, and of course the extra HP gain it provides. The installation instructions are terrible, with misspelled words and all. Vararam doesn't provide a YouTube video on how to install it, either. Cutting the radiator shroud with a box cutter is described as 'cuts like butter', which is not the case. You should glue the seal for the filter in as the self adhesive on the foam seal seems inadequate.

Good product
Good intake and install wasn't really that bad just a little time.

Great quality and performance.
Easier to install than I thought. Just takes some time. All parts fit our 2011 corvette perfectly.
