I now have about 10 pairs of these socks. I bought 1 pair first then got 2 more, then 3 more, and now I just ordered 4 more. The bamboo is really soft, the elastic lasts, and being bamboo, they wear like polyester socks, but they breathe: no stinky feet! They fit well (size 8 show), so my toes aren't cramped like in cheap Chinese made socks. Sure you can buy 3 pairs of regular socks, but these will outlast them, and they are comfortable to boot.Bottom Line: Well worth the price. Woud buy again.

Love these. Got a pair as a gift about three years ago. Now, I have five pairs. They hold up well and are very comfortable. I especially like them for summer hiking. My feet don't get too warm hiking on hot days. They are also very affordable. I highly recommend them.

These socks are by far the most comfortable athletic socks I have ever worn. They fit well to my foot, not being to big (I'm a 10 in shoe size and bought a large) and not being too snug or loose. Would definitely recommend them to someone else and will definitely grab another pair when I have worn this pair out.

Very nice weight. I usually need wool socks winter or summer, or my feet hurt. Those paper-thin socks might be great for high summer, but the rest of the year they don't cut it. These are warm, and hefty enough to keep out drafts. The top is way too tight and like most socks makes my feet colder by stopping bloodflow, but I'm used to fixing that by making a 1 or 2-inch vertical slice down the top front with scissors. Haven't tried that yet with these, but it seems to work fine with cotton and wool socks, they don't unravel. I'm ordering several more pairs immediately because socks, like many other things, change so fast that you can't wait till you actually need more, or they'll be long gone. If SmartWool offered the same pair of socks for more than two weeks in a row, I'd still be wearing those and loving it. But no, they have to tinker. Remind me in a few months to comment on how well they wear...While I was waiting for the additional pairs to arrive, I thought I'd try washing the first pair I bought and seeing what would happen if I put them in the dryer. Well, they came out about two thirds as big as when new. The spin cycle probably takes most of the water out of them anyway, so air-drying isn't a problem, like I do with my wool socks, on a rack. I recommend not putting them in the dryer.

I wear a women's size 11.5 shoe and the socks fit perfectly. They feel great on my 3 mile daily walk. They stay up and don't slip. Are they any better than my Hanes socks? Not really.

My husband has been wearing the sport ECOSOX for over a year now so when the dress Sox came out we purchased. They are every bit as amazing! They last wash after wash and feel just as described! Definitely worth purchasing!

the socks are NOT made to fit shoes sizes 7-8.5 they are way to big - even send msg asking if the had medium size socks and if they fit shoe size 7-9 - they said these fit those sizes - THEY DO NOT. If you go to manufactures site the say in detail that they the socks to fit shoes sizes 7-9 ARE MEDIUM size. I would not buy again from this site because I ask if socks would fit 7-9 shoes - they SAID yes - and it is way to big. Side note the socks are made well just way to large.
