I bought these for my cats and when I got the package it had running dogs on them. I read the ingredients for both cat and dog products and they exactly the same. I didn't compare weights and prices but I'm pretty sure that dogs food is cheaper than cat food. Anyways. These little minnows are my cats jam! It's satisfying to hear the crunch when she bites into them. She loves them, a notoriously picking eater, and not a fan of fish, she loves these things. I recommend them. Low smell, resealable packages, and completely dried. I would recommend put them in a Tupper wear just to seal in freshness and any residual fishy smell if you have a sensitive nose.Yes they are expensive, but the satisfaction of knowing your pet is in love with them, worth it.

For just ordinary trick exercises I use regular training treats - you know, the 500 in a bag kind. As a lab he will happily eat anything, anytime, anywhere. There is a certain training I do with him, however, that requires a very high value reward. As I indicated, they are a little pricey but when he knows that this is his payoff he gets right to work on the job at hand

Like that these minnows are natural, good resource of vitamins and my dogs absolutely LOVE them. I use for high end treat when training or when they do something good.

I haven’t tried these myself but my dog LOVES these, he has a sensitive stomach so if the treats are too fatty they don’t sit well with him. But these do. He has been having these for about a year now and it’s one of his favorite high value treats. If you dog can’t have too many of those beef liver ones, then these are for you, or him/her I guess…

My Vital Essentials Freeze-Dried treats came quickly and arrived as promised. Even though they say "dog treats" I buy them for my cats. The ingredients are the same for the cats and dogs. The dog packaging has larger minnows, but they are cheaper! My cats have no issues chewing trough the larger minnow, they love them!

My little girl has been picking up weight lately. I wanted a snack with one or just a few ingredients. Other pets of mine have enjoyed minnows in the past, so I thought I'd give these a try. She adores these and pouts if I forget to give them as her evening snack. They're just little dried intact (guts and all) fish - you can't expect them to freshen your dog's breath. Most dogs love smelly things. Giving them these is better than something they might find fermenting outside.
