Your gas fire pit is not complete until you’ve added Blue Ridge Brand’s Reflective Fire Pit Glass. This stunning glass is a healthy, beneficial alternative to firewood and artificial gas logs. Firewood produces smoke and fumes that can lead to lung problems, and artificial gas logs may contain asbestos. Blue Ridge Brand Fire Pit Glass does not produce smoke, soot, or ashes, making it a healthy alternative for your family and friends. Our Fire Pit Glass is eco-friendly and economical. It lasts longer than firewood because it is made to withstand high temperatures - meaning it will hold its shape and form beautifully. Fire pit glass pieces are .25" (6.35 mm) thick and range from approximately .25" to 1.25" (6.35 mm - 31.75 mm) in size. Blue Ridge Brand’s Reflective Fire Pit Glass has a diamond-like shine when illuminated, which will make cozying up by the fire even more enjoyable all year long.

Looks great!
We looked at a lot of fire glass options for our new gas fire pit and the Blue Ridge was perfect! We opted for the 1/2" pieces vs smaller chunks. The reflective coating really catches the fire light well with the larger size. While listed as Copper in color, the actual appearance is a dark brown much like a beer bottle - we wanted the darker color and were very please that is was a perfect match for color scheme. It is also priced better than most fireplace store options. Helpful tip: buy a little more than you think you need - there are online area calculators you can use to estimate how much to use. We bought 100 lbs initially and followed up with another 20 lbs to ensure our gas burners were fully covered to get the full effect if the fire emanating from the glass itself.

Be-au-ti-ful, just gorgeous
Beautiful glass, mostly large pieces as I ordered. Nice mirrored look on one side and transparent on the other. Perfect addition to firepit table and much better looking than lava rock. Only complaint which may be inevitable for ordering any kind or brand of crushed glass or rock I'm not sure, is that there was quite a bit of small to tiny pieces some of which I chose to just throw away due to the size difference. But, the larger pieces were plentiful enough to be worth the purchase.

Beautiful glass
I had ordered a new gas fire pit and it came with clear glass, I mixed these new green glass pieces and it now looks like water with fire coming out of it. Looks great, no problems and now the area is full with glass. The clear ones just covered the bottom. Very happy, purchased another in blue for the pit at work.

It will due as a low cost filler for my fire pit, but...
I was drawn to this item because the price was lower than most other items and the color was what we wanted. Pros: the color was as shown in the photo and the photo does represent the actual product. Con: what I thought was a glare on the glass shown in the photo is actually a partial mirror finish on one side of the glass. So, the glass looks like a broken mirror. most other fire pit glass has a nice tumbled finish. this glass has been tumbled just enough that it doesn't cut skin. So, it will work to fill the majority of the fire pit , but I will buy one 10lb bag of more expensive quality glass of the same color to top off this glass.

GREAT PRODUCT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I was going to purchase the 25 lb. bucket of fire pit glass from Lowe's but didn't want to spend almost $70 for only needing about 14 lbs. After searching online on Home Depot and Amazon, I decided to order a 10 lb. bag and 5 lb. bag of the Cobalt Blue Reflective Fire Pit Glass. So glad I found this item!!! Not only did it arrive on time, but it was just as described. Very satisfied with the product and would highly recommend! Posted a daytime and nighttime picture of my firepit with the fire pit glass!

Very sharp edges
I love the way these look, I mixed the with some wooden beads and they shine nicely. Just be careful touching them the edges are ruff.

Sift the dust out of the bag first. Don't pour, it'll clog the flame outlet.
So the glass looks super cool, although I would recommend a sifting the whole bag first. I made the mistake of pouring it over the screen covering the chafing fuel cans and all of the glass powder poured inside the fuel cans smothering them. I had to scoop out half of the fuel just to get them to work. The flames without the rocks on the screen an inch over them Reach 5 to 6 inches high, although when covered with the glass even one layer it's smothers the flame. Perhaps the cans aren't strong enough? I just thought the flame would burn through them.
