Very good quality
Perfect size backpack for a personal item on an airplane. Camera pouch is a little small but with a small lens fits great. Top opening is a magnetic closure that folds down or can be unfolded for more space. Laptop pocket is separate from a tablet storage. Side zippers into main storage area. Well worth the price paid.

The perfect bag does exist.
I was looking for a durable, quality bag to carry my camera to and from work safely. I didn't want something big and bulky. After looking at bag prices I decided to try and make the bag I purchased also one I could use as a daily backpack. I decided to go with the Thule 20L Enroute bag.In my bag on a normal work day:- Sony a6000 Mirrorless Camera- 2 lenses- Extra battery- DJI Mavic Pro- DJI Mavic Pro Controller- DJI Mavic Pro extra battery & charger- GoPro Hero 7 Black- Extra SD Cards & Cords- Mini Joby tripodI also took this bag to Boston for a trip and carried My Sony a6000, 2 lenses, battery, jacket, paperwork, chargers, money, hat, sunglasses, and more without issue. The loops for carabiners is a great touch and the water bottle/tripod pocket is concealable when not in use.Highly recommended.

We’ll made, but small for my needs
I love the build quality and size of this backpack, but I had to return it because it was too small for my needs. A 15.6” MacBook Pro fits in the laptop sleeve, though the camera compartment puts some pressure on the computer — not great in my book. The camera compartment is generous for micro 4/3rds; a DSLR takes up the entire compartment. I opted for a different Thule camera backpack as this was the most compact of the options and I needed just a bit more room.

The only 5 star product I've ever returned
This bag was SO CLOSE to working for me, and I really wanted to keep it. The bag is extremely well made, and thoughtfully designed. Unfortunately, this bag is about 90% backpack, and 10% camera bag. The camera/lens storage is too small to be usable to me.To be clear, I'm not a professional by a long stretch. I have a camera and a few lenses to carry, and the expected filters, memory cards, and odds and ends. Still, the camera equipment portion of this bag is very small. I would guess the dimensions at 8" by 8" by 6". This will carry my mirrorless Sony camera (on the small side already), and two extra lenses, or one lens and a flash, for example. I have more stuff than that, and although I don't bring everything with me every time, I don't want to have to decide "I'm going to only take THIS type of photo" before I set out. This bag says, "I can't wait to go hiking, and I might take a photo or two while I'm out." I need a bag that says, "I want to take a lot of photographs, and I might accidentally hike in the process." I wish I was the guy that this bag was designed for, but I'm not.If this had twice, or even 50% more photo equipment storage, it would be my favorite bag for any purpose, ever. As it is, it's going to hurt to return it, but I can't keep a bag with a triple-digit price that doesn't fit all my needs.

Great Backpack - Just Shallower Camera Compartment Than Expected
Wanted a camera backpack for day hikes/city walks that could fit a DSLR with mounted lens, one demounted extra lens, and a few personal items. This fits the bill on paper but not in practice. Thule says this is a 20 L pack; outside dimensions are more like 28 L so it should have been the perfect size. However, the removable camera box that slides in from the side is just too small for my Canon 60D with my 24-70 F4/L walk around lens. It's not deep enough - in the pack there is a gap behind the camera box of 2-3" so the camera box could have been deeper. From the photos, it seems like the box is identical on the 25 L version of this pack so no point trying that one.PROS:- Well made, good materials and reinforced where it needs to be- Interior color is great for finding small items- Stylish. Looks good with a low profile that stays close to the body- Space up top for a down jacket, hat, snacks and other small items- Camera box is nicely padded and is removable; the opening is wideCONS:- Camera box is not deep enough (will fit mirrorless with shortish lens better than a DSLR with standard zoom)- The camera box dividers are very stiff and the Velcro holding them in place not very strong- Camera opening, although wide, is rectangular, meaning zippers are a little sticky on the corners- Items in upper compartment will slide down, around and under the camera box- Camera box is difficult to remove and replace- I understand the purpose of the "crush resistant" topmost compartment but not sure how much use it would be in the real world

Great backpack for camera& computer
It's great for taking on a plane ....its small and compact and has a protected pocket for your DSLR with a lens as well as another protected pocket for something else ...I use it for my Bose headphones and the works great. Has a pocket for a small laptop (13") and then a little bit of extra space (not a lot) for other stuff. For me, I love it ....looks great too

Poor durability & customer support
Not worth the money. The fabric and overall design is good, but it’s the little things like zippers and attachments where Thule seem to poorly skimp on.Bag was used on a first outing. The chest strap came off it’s rail with a slight tug. Almost impossible to reattach. The zipper loops are encased in heatshrink wrap, haha. It undos itself so easily.Thule Enroute 30L

Excellent quality; small camera storage
I give this backpack 5 stars for construction and quality, however it does NOT fit the Canon 5D Mark IV with 24-70mm lens (which is the default lens sold with that body). So I have attached my 35mm lens and it fits fine. This bag would definitely work better with a smaller DSLR. Other than that; solid backpack!
