I bought two as gifts for my young grandchildren. They loved them, and my voice is preserved as a keepsake for the coming years!

I read and recorded the entire book exactly the way they said to do it, went to listen to the recording’s I get to the middle of the book and it skips a page, so I recorded it again then it would skip the next page. So frustrating tried to get it replaced but they want to charge me A 20% restocking fee plus shipping to send the book back. I’ve contacted customer service twice no response! I’ll never buy from this company again!

I bought 2 of the same book for my Grandchildren. One book not all the pages will play back, even though all the pages were recorded several times. The second book wouldn't record at all.
