Although the content of the book is excellent. The actual book layout and paper used for the print isn’t the best.

This is a straight book with no table of contents and no index. It has excellent content and great examples with clear text. Good luck looking for anything specific. I could have easily presented 5 stars had it not been for missing index and any form of guide of contents.
