Really good rope. I used it to repel and it lasted a good while. Very durable.

I primarily bought thise rope as safety rope permanently affixed to hunting treestands when climbing. These ropes remain outside year round. So I can't actually rate this product for actual rock or mountain climbing, but it more than fills the bill as it is being used for the stated purpose. Since I just purchased it this year I can't speak to any UV degradation but so far seems to be holding up great.

This is great rope for the price, albeit not climbing rope. Id advise not using it for any body weight bearing task short of a rope swing or similar use. I am using it for dog leashes because I have a chewer and it works great for that. It's a bit stiff and the inner core is not twisted lines like you would get with a higher quality rope. That is fine though, it's cheap, low stretch, and durable.Edit: I have been using some of this for hanging a large tarp while camping, I needed more so I got some of the blue rope, I'm not sure if they updated there process or if it's from the color difference ( got the orange before). But the new rope is more plyable and it does have a stranded core. It it a better rope overall. I still wouldn't climb with it. But it's better and I was already satisfied.

Looks nothing like the photo when it came. I am a climber looking at the pictures it was worth buying to test out for repelling... I would never. Sheath is shot out of the package fraying and slips. Very slick rope you would burn your hands just trying to slow down so retry much would die. If you had a self locking device such as a Grigri you would probably die because it would never lock down and just keep sliding due to texture. Core of the rope has lots of bumps inside witch on a regular rope is a sign of damage. Do not trust your life to this rope I had to buy and see it myself because it says you can climb with it and unless you would like to break your back in a fall don’t it’s a static rope! With less than a 4kn rating

The product is not as described (8mm not 9mm). Thankfully it still worked for my use case, but just note that it is not the size advertised.It is a very static rope and kinks very easily out of the package, will see how it behaves as I use it.Do NOT use this rope for climbing or any scenario where this rope would be the only safety factor.

Esta es una excelente cuerda estática. No debe usarse para escalar en situaciones en las que puede haber una caída porque no se va a elongar. Pero para trabajo vertical o para top rope funciona.
