Does what or says it does!
I like this belt. I work out in it, and I like that it holds me on very well. It also works well to help build up a sweat. The only thing is that you can see it under your shirt. If you are ok with that, or choose to not wear it under a shirt, then it is perfect. Also, I had my mother in law try it on, and she had a much larger waste than I do, b but she read still able to wear this because it is highly ajustable.

Good quality, great product.
Product just as described, very lightweight, enough room for me at 42”. Smell of new material goes away within couple of days. Highly recommended!
