Do yourself a favor and immediately replace all the batteries. The tire places should offer a TPMS service for $30 or so... avail yourself of it, even though the kit is new. It will save you a lot of heartache and beeping.This is a great option to upgrade an older car. Worked on my Merc with alloy rims. Had the tire shop swap these in when I replaced the tires. One of the tires had a slow leak that the shop fixed by reseating the valve.In the 2 months since I've had to take 2 of the tires off, break the bead, and replace the sensor batteries. When the battery dies, the home unit beeps incessantly at you, with no way to silence the alarm. Will probably do the other 2 as preventive maintenance.The display unit was easy to convert to Fahrenheit and PSI, and the measurements are spot on with an analog pressure gauge and a non-contact IR thermometer. Solar panel seems to do well at keeping the batteries topped off. I'm glad I bought this, just wish I had changed the batteries before installation.

They don't have the backlighting figured out (too bright in the night, not nearly visible enough in the daylight) but I don't need to see this all the time, so still 4 stars.Checked out the pressure readings when I first installed them, look great, and I love the aluminum finish on the TPMS themselves.

Very disappointing pressure measuring accuracy. Indication wrong more than 4 psi.
