This machine does what it should, making perfect coffee with a good head of crema.Lavazza have a good range of coffee flavoured coffees, no strange added flavours, just coffee at its best. The crema is the result of the natural brewing of the coffee, not additives as in some competing brands.A quiet,competent coffee machine with no silly additions.Excellent

I was dubious about this machine really just becuase it was such a great price - have been through 3 x Illy Machines over the last few years and was wanting an upgrade to a machine that would last more than 9 months - so was intending to spend more - but took a chance and have been delighted - makes fantastic coffee, looks as good as more expensive models - and the pods are half the price of other makes - and provide equal flavour and quality - AND the pods (or at least some of the pod range) are more compostable than all the other brands - so that's great too - love it!

Works with eco capsules fineCould push water through the capsules better especially when you need to do it twice to get half a mug for a decent sized coffee.The capsule tray warning goes off after 3 or 4capsules not the 10 stated.It would be nice if there was an option for mug of coffee, and the ability to plumb a machine into mains water somehow.

So simple to use. The biggest downside is the lack of availability of the correct capsules in supermarkets. Don't bother looking but if you do you may find a small amount of a limited choice on the bottom shelf of a leading supermarket. Still, the pods are available in line at a really good price from Amazon and that's the route I have taken. It's my first venture into coffee pods and so far I am impressed. Another downside is that I am not sitting a pavement table outside of a cafe in Spain watching the world walk by.

After 2 months being ok its now unusable. Red light came on thwn a smell of burning. Fairly discussed this happened .Amazon are a disgusting company to deal with.He is NOT an authorised Lavazza dealer so do not buy

I wouldn't go back to Nespresso now I have this machine, the coffee is better too

I purchased one of these and followed all of the instructions. It worked fine when just water was put through, but as soon as a capsule was put in, it struggled to get the coffee through into the cup. More ended up in the container for collecting the capsules than in the cup. I contacted Lavazza who said it might be a bad batch of capsules, but I tried from another box and the same thing happened. So I returned the machine and got a refund as the seller had stopped supplying them. I bought another, assuming it was a one-off fault, from another seller. However, exactly the same fault occurred, with just a dribble of coffee at the most, so again this was returned for a refund. In case you think it was me, I have used a Nespresso machine for years with no problem until it finally broke down. Also, there is only one way you can put the capsules in, so you can't go wrong there! I have now purchased a Tassimo My Way 2 and am very pleased with the performance and the variety of drinks available.

So glad I bought this little machine.Easy to use and clean. Makes a great coffee in seconds.All the pods we have tried so far have been great flavour. Sits very neatly on the side. Good service from the supplier.Very happy with my purchase.
