foster carers help
As a foster carer with two young children who were moving to adoption, I found this book an invaluable tool in helping to prepare the children for their move. The children really engaged with the characters, and were quick to draw on the similarity of the story, and their lives.Great Book.

Children
It is an excellent book to read to the children and to get them to understand what is happening

Best for over 5s
My 4 year old seems to quite like this book but it is difficult for her to concentrate because it is too long for her. The pictures are lovely & I think that helps but I would probably recommend it for slightly older children.

No work pages!!!
The book is good and I think will be very helpful to any child reading it and it will help them understand adoption better BUT when it was delivered, there were no work pages in the book, or with the book. There was no information to go online and download any worksheets either. It is in the description that you will get worksheets!?!?

Good book to use with children in the care system

Too complicated
This is not a book for children. The language used and lengthy text make it unusable if you are using this for young children.
