First of all, I'm a dude! I purchased these babies for a film project where I am starring as a psychotic cross dresser. What I was looking for was something that looked and felt very real and these do! Putting the straps on were a bit of a challenge but once you get the hang of them (pun intended) they work fine. As you wear them, the silicone warms up and it's truly amazing at how they feel; they kind of become a part of you. Most of all, they look great under dresses, blouses, bras, etc.I would recommend them for women who have had mastectomies as they do look and feel like the real thing. The only reason why I did not give this product a 5 is that I am a little weary of the plastic hooks and straps used to keep the breasts in place. So far, they have held up but I would advise future buyers to take it easy when hooking and sizing the straps to fit your particular contour. Also, do the research on your body type and what size will look best for you. I chose this the "Jennifer Love Hewitt's": the 36D 38Cup. Like I said, I'm a guy and had no idea what size to order, let alone what brand but for the price, and as long as you take care of the straps, you should be "good to go." I'm also planning to wear these babies at an upcoming charity drag show to benefit special education.

One of the straps didn't hold great going around the body, but we sewed it (glue doesn't work so I'll save you the trouble) and it seems to be fine. The rest fits very well and hold great for extended periods of wear!
