The Stahlbus valve does exactly what it says. Oil change was a no mess event. It took a bit of practice to get the hose correctly seated.I would recommend for use with low viscosity oil. The narrow opening requires a little bit of waiting to drain. Thicker oil will require hotter oil and will take longer to drain.

Installation was EZ, and I finally got a chance to do an routine oil change.The drain plug worked as advertised.In the past, depending on the direction and strength on the wind. Changing oil was messy at times. With Stahlbus, all the oil were contained into oil pan. No more dripping on the ground due to wind conditions.

Great product. Seller was extremely responsive to helping me exchange item for correct size. At mostly my own fault I ordered the wrong size for my motorcycle (the manufacturer recommended the wrong size/ not the seller). Kfe brake systems helped me find the right size and exchanged unused drain plug promptly. Recommend product and kfe brake systems.

I noted this high dollar gadget said 15lbs max torque. So, when installing it, I put the old $1200 crap-on digital wrench on it. At 14.85 ft.lbs, it snapped and broke. Now, I'm well aware my stupidly expensive torque wrench could need adjustment, but you'd think it wouldn't be off that much at a small level and the folks who built this little device wouldn't employed material so fragile.... anywhizz.... wasted 50 bucks and just bought a brass valve that tightens up fine a 20 ft lbs

Awesome will NEVER have a car or bike without one. No mess, no stripping oil pans, no replacing crush washers and if you accidentally over fill you can drain oil out little by little and absolutely headache free.

I'm coming from using Fumoto for a very long time, however on the car I'm driving now I had to use something else, hence the Stahlbus.I've had it installed only for a few months, haven't made it to my first oil change yet. I decided to check it while working elsewhere under my car, I took off the dust cap and it was filled with oil, it never leaked out of the cap thankfully but it shouldn't have leaked since you need the tool to even drain the oil outI'm sure the seller will be able to warranty this for me but something to be mindful of
