Wonderful while it worked (about three years), but it took me a few problem roasts before I realised that it was no longer working properly. I found the recommended temperatures for different meats very useful. I also found that meat cooked quicker if I left the thermometer in while cooking. This is presumably unavoidable - I spped up jacket potatoes by putting a skewer through them, so I assume that this is the same principle.

I keep this locked away it's that impressive it's defo no cheap junk this is thee best have had, gets used every Sunday to perfect my roasts and impress the guests

Delivery was fine and the first time I used it, it worked OK. But I took quite a while for an opportunity to use it for a second time. When I tried to actually use, for the second time since new, I realise that the device was not working. I decided that the device is defective and request a return. As it was about 10 months since I bought it, the vendor declined the return request. So, from my experience, it seems that this product is of poor quality.
