My husband loves this mat. For him, it is comfortable to stand on. For me, it is so thick, I feel it’s a tripping hazard. I took it out of the kitchen and he has it in front of his garage work bench. I think it would be fine for standing in one place, but not in an area where there is a lot of walking.
