Andoer GN18 Digital Slave Flash Speedlite compatible with Canon Nikon Pentax Sony a7 nex6 HX50 A99 Camera

I had a look at this on the amazon page and it crossed my mind that this was some thing that I cold keep in my pocket to use as and when I needed itwith out going into my back pack I have to say it was the best thing i ever did at the time I have had no regrets and its a neat little thing and has the same power as a bigger one and does tha same job its neat tidy and cheaper is well made and I think worth the money and I am the type of person who reads every word and takes time to decide if its for me and I never rush a sale and never buy just because i like it

Does not work for a digital camera, makes picture all white

It takes a bit more time than expected to recharge. but its good value for money

It's not an all singing and all dancing super speed light.But it's simplicity is What makes it good. Even this flash unit is better than no flash . Have a couple of these in your bag for backup lighting would be a life saver.My TTL unit is obviously better but it's big combrrsome this littel unit is so small but fits perfectly on my A7R4 to take images of people sitting down drinking of eating.As Is is very good but shooting through a Defuser make for a better result .I use the one that just fits over the cameras lens in front of the flash.For less than £30 works for me.

I needed a speedlight urgently for an evening shoot and money was tight - this worked exactly as expected and is easy to use, works fine and is reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Firstly, these were bought as flash units for a DIY dual flash contraption to be triggered by Neewer transmitter and receivers whilst in the M mode. They worked fine. For me, they didn’t tend to work in slave mode though that wasn’t important. As others have mentioned, the batteries fit very snugly, so much so I had to take the unit apart to remove one of them. Whilst I had it apart I carefully trimmed the cradles that locate the battery so they wouldn’t be as tight. If I hadn’t been able to do this, I would have returned them. Therefore, if you find you need to almost force a battery in, beware. I’m quite happy with them now hence the rating but could so easily have been a one or two stars!

When i first got it I was quite disappointed because all of my Photos were just WHITE and overexposed. Bit of YouTube research and found the best settings to start with were ISO 200, Shutter 1/500 and F9 in manual mode.This flash is seriously top quality and a super bright flash, providing that you get the manual settings right on your camera!!! This is insane for £15.Highly recommend, just hope that it continues to work!(Haven't tried slave mode)

Gerät musste ich wieder zurück schicken. Qualität war wirklich unterirdisch. Die vermeintlichen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten haben nicht funktioniert. Blitz war viel zu intensiv um ein Foto damit zu machen. Jedes Bild komplett ausgebrannt. Lieber etwas mehr investieren und den Originalen Blitz von Sony kaufen.
