Reaching the end of my tether I was going to try anything to alleviate my back ache. So bought this and wow 🤩 it worked, months of going back and forth to doctors did nothing as my back ache was actually caused by my worn hip joints after 2 days wearing this it almost stopped all pain. Comfortable to wear and quite discreet under a pair of shorts. I just put it on every now and then when I feel a twinge coming on now.It’s well made and a simple thing to put on and use. Thank you 😊

I bought this when in excrutiating pain to hopefully help relieve it. At the time I had a possible sacroiliac joint injury and inflammation. However I couldn't wear it at first as the inflammed area was too painful to have pressure on it. A few days later however I managed to wear it when having to stand working for a few hours and it gave me immediate relief. My hips measure 42 inches (size 16) and it fits comfortably. I'm probably twice the size of the model so for me it was better not to put it around me too tight, or it presses into my stomach too much, then tighten the two back straps which give great support. We're all different shapes and sizes and have different back injuries so you need to try it to see if it works for you.

Researched for this product. Does a great job of relieving pain. Worked for me. Would recommend.

Firstly if you hip measurement is around 120cm like mine or even just a little bit more order the regular size as I'm not sure you'll get the larger one tight enough.Surprisingly good, I've had moderate sciatica for years and no amount of physio has had a lasting effect so, although I've learned to live with the pain, going out for a proper walk or even a couple of hours round the shops has been painful and the pain has lasted long after I've got back. Wearing this belt I can actually do those things again, other muscles ache because I haven't really used them for a a while but the sciatic pain, pins and needles etc are reduced so much as to be virtually unnoticeable. Do I expect a miracle cure? absolutely not but hopefully being able to do a bit of exercise again is going to help massively.Belt seems well made, fits comfortably once you've got the hang of it and fits unnoticeably under most clothes. Definitely worth a try if you have mild to moderate sciatica and it's stopping you exercise as much as you'd like - just don't expect the belt itself to be a miracle cure!

For me it hasn't made any difference but I suppose the causes of this type of pain are probably unique to those dealing with it (as in its a symptom of an injury rather than an injury in itself and to sort the mechanism of that injury will probably be more beneficial to recovery)It is well made and secure though. The velcro fasteners are strong and keep it in place well.It can be worn to the skin without aggravation.The regular was a good fit, I'm about 6"1 and about 16stn have a 36inch waist if that helps with sizing for you.Would've loved it to ease this pain but I think stretching and mobility work may be my salvation here.

This support has helped me no end. When working with my sheep, it supports my back and hips so I can work for longer before the pain makes it impossible. I recommend this product

I wear this band when I go to sleep and I wake feeling so so much better. There is very little to no stiffness or twinges in my back and my stiff ankles seem to be a thing of the past, especially when walking down stairs not forgetting my knees, but all that seems to have abated. I do keep a small pillow under my legs too as my mattress is not the firmest, in order to take pressure of the hips. I'm starting to understand that a lot of my aches & twinges may be linked to poor posture which leads to bad alignment, which impacts the nerves endings. I feel that this belt helps to make this area compact, thereby improving the alignment. First few times I only wore it for a few hours just to get used to it. Not a bad piece of kit for a reasonable price.

I Suffer with low back pain which doesn’t help my golf swing, once I put this on my continuous pain subsided and my swing improved!!.It very good quality, fits well and keeps its shape !!
