HunterWomen's Original Tour Packable Rain Boot

I wear a size 9, and the 9 boots fit me perfectly. I was a little concerned about the quality based on some of the reviews, and I haven't worn these much yet to be able to put them to the test, but my initial impression is that they are good quality. The rubber is not thick and heavy, which is what I was looking for. They feel more sleek and not as clunky as some rain boots. Yet the rubber feels substantial, not thin or flimsy. The shaft is narrow, and I have thin calves and have trouble finding boots that fit. They are also easy to put on and take off, for tall boots.

The flexibility provided by this travel version of their knee-high wellies makes them very comfortable; comfortable enough to wear for hours a day, even seated. As I have a very high arch, I use Good Feet arch supports, but doubt the average person will need to do so. I have read reviews indicating that if you plan to wear these in very cold conditions (like snow), you should purchase their insulated insoles. That's probably good advice, though I would also wear them with thick merino wool socks, to keep the rest of the foot, as well as the lower leg warm.

Not sure how long ago I bought these for my mom but she still uses and loves them. They have held up really well!

I by no means have abnormally large claves, but these boots are definitely snug around that region. I would have bought the adjustable kind, but to me the traveling aspect of the Tour style was more important. Great boots, but the calf portion could use a hair extra space for cute boot toppers, etc. I typically wear a 9.5 and sized down to a 9 which fits comfortably otherwise.

I'm usually a size 6.5 sandals and flats and a size 7 in boots or sneakers. Got this in 6 and 7. 6 is super super tight in the calf but toe and feet fit well. 7 is better but then sort of loose in the feet. Just odd build. And I like the weight of the tour because the original is heavy. I prefer lighter shoes. Just easier to walk in!Also, in trying to return, softmoc makes you pay for your own shipping!!!!! That's the reason for the 1 star. What the heck. How is this on Amazon and it said free returns then you click on their fine print and it said you have to pay for shipping. Messed up! Unhappy with this!!!!!

These boots are great! They have a very classy look to them. I typically wear a size 8 or 8.5 and the 8 fits great with room for thicker socks. I would say I have a thinner/athletic calf and they fit comfortably; not too wide and the top of the boot just barely tapers in where it hits just below my knee (I'm 5'2) for a slimmer look rather than bowing out as I feel like many rain boots do. Very comfortable, lightweight, and I love that I can fold them up for easy packing. Definitely recommend!

These are surprisingly tight on the calves and fighter taller than I expected. The shoe part fits well. Even though they are adjustable, they only adjust smaller in the calf.

Ich habe mehrere Paar der Hunter Original Tall Gummistiefel und die Original Tour sind so etwas wie eine Ergänzung dazu. Sie sind vom Material her insgesamt wesentlich dünner und weicher, so, dass man sie regelrecht zusammenrollen kann und sie wesentlich leichter sind, und man sie so auch in einem kleineren Rucksack bequem zusammen mit der Regenjacke mitnehmen kann, oder auch ideal, wenn man mit "leichtem Gepäck" verreist und zur Sicherheit auch ein Paar gute, schöne Gummistiefel dabei haben will.Einziger Nachteil ist, dass sie halt dadurch auch weniger strapazfähig sind und nicht wirklich für den Alltags- oder Dauergebrauch geeignet sind, wofür sie aber auch nicht gedacht sind. Man muss sie auch - wie mittlerweile leider alle Hunter-Stiefel - regelmäßig mit einer Gummipflege behandeln, da der Gummi sehr trocken und empfindlich ist. Meine Hunter halten aber Dank dieser Pflege mühelos jahrelang.Von der Form her sind die Stiefelschäfte schön hoch und schmal und auch die Fußteile sind eher schmal geschnitten und mit engen Jeans sehen die Stiefel echt toll und chic aus, für kräftigere oder "sportlichere" Waden und kürzere Beine aber daher jedoch eher wenig bis gar nicht geeignet.

Love these boots and they look sharp. Only complaint is that sometimes my toes get cold, so I recommend warm socks on wet and rainy days
