Terrible product, worse customer service
I've had this battery for a few months and had to "reset" my car several times to remove the fault code so my car (Model 3) would update. After emailing the company, they offered no solution other than the reset. The company's claim of a warranty is worthless.

Lighter battery for sure but didn't last 2 years
We had that issue where the battery seemed to have an issue but their tech support told me how to clear it. I upgraded my review to 4 stars accordingly it is a good battery and they are said to be working to eliminate the need to reset on the Tesla

Don't buy for aftermarket stereo
The description on this product is not good.I bought this to go with my aftermarket speakers and keep 12v battery needs replaced message from reaccuring. The 1st battery I got was bad and left me with no power after driving 10 miles. They quickly replaced it and I was happy with that. But unfortunately the 12v battery needs replaced error kept coming up, Tesla required me to remove my aftermarket stereo so I bought this battery specifically for aftermarket stereo as was in product description. And it didn't solve the problem.Do not put an aftermarket subwoofer or stereo equipment in a tesla because they will require you to remove it.

17 pounds lighter, lasts many years longer, more resilient to infrequent driving +hot climate
I just wanted to write a quick follow-up to the Ohmmu battery installation in my Model 3.First of all, the battery was shipped to me EXTREMELY quickly-- within 2 hours of my order. That was impressive. Part of that $500 premium for good service I suppose. Very appreciated when you're in need of a quick battery shipped to you.I installed the battery, following Ohmuu's YouTube installation video to the dot. (Sorry I can't share the link here because Amazon won't allow it.)The "replace your 12V battery" message went away and I could once again drive my car like normal. There was one hitch with the windows not rolling up properly (hitting the chrome trim on the door frame) after installation of this battery. I contacted Ohmmu and Sean himself personally answered, and quickly. He helped me try reconnecting the battery once more, but with the windows rolled down during the cold boot process (which means both the main battery and the 12V battery have been disconnected). This fixed it. I had to also do the "windows recalibration procedure" after this was done (pg 16 or so, of the Model 3 user manual). And after that was done, my car is 100% back to normal operation.Very thankful, even though it was very expensive, to have a quality option for battery replacement when I live so far off the beaten path (at least until Tesla builds a Service Center here in Puerto Rico, which they are rumored to be doing in a few months). The battery was stated to improve the sound of the bass coming out of the stereo system, due to its higher voltage output. I did notice a little bit of a bass boost, but it was nothing to write home about. I also don't listen to music super loud, so maybe I didn't fully appreciate the boost it gives. I would say it was about a 20% increase in bass. So, in all, I am a happy customer. But I wouldn't go out of my way, nor would I recommend it solely for the purpose of improving one's stereo. There are probably better & more cost effective ways to do that. But now I have a battery that is 17 pounds lighter (very noticeable difference when holding each battery in my hands) that will last many years longer, and will be more resilient to infrequent driving as well as the hot climate here in Puerto Rico. I feel it was a good investment in the reliability of my car.

Easy install, very lightweight, everything is working again
I got my battery 3 business days after ordering (opting for the flat $19 shipping fee). The instruction video on their website covered everything in great detail. I've never done any of this before but the installation took me 8 minutes! I was shocked about the weight difference between the old battery and new one. After I got back in and tapped the brake, the system started right back up and all the warning indicators were gone. I've only driven a few miles since installation so I'll return and update my review if any problems happen.NB: After the installation, bring your old battery core to an auto parts store. O'Reilly will give you a $10 gift certificate for it.

Easy To Install
About 25% of the weight. Easy to install. Although the wrong post spacer was sent, I reached out to them directly, and they sent the correct one to me via overnight mail.
