A cute little hard worker
This fan was exactly what I was looking for--a small fan for my bedside table with buttons on the front so when I want to turn it on or off in the middle of the night I don't have to sit up and reach all the way around the back (hurting my tendonitis in the process). The unit is a little smaller than I thought but still packs a good blowing punch so all the better. It's definitely quieter than the bigger table fans I usually use, but I wouldn't call it a whisper. It's only got one setting, but that is a good moderate-to-low blow that works just fine for me--a little tiny bit stronger than the lowest setting I had been using on my desk fan. I like the full rotate up (although since the base isn't a clip I don't know when you'd use that unless your ceiling was hot!). It doesn't rotate side to side but you can move the whole base easily enough. If I were to change one thing, it would be nice if it rotated down just a smidge more than the little bit that it does since it sits a little higher than my bed.I was surprised by the USB plug, but we have about 1million USB/wall adaptors around the house so I grabbed one of those, plugged it into the wall, and was in business. A good enough quality for the price, it's not like heavy desk fans but doesn't feel flimsy either. I highly recommend this for the price, which at $12.99 shipped is a whole lot less than the $30-$60 table fans I had been looking at.

Depends on price.
I bought this unit for just under $13. At that price point OK. I bought late May 2020. The day it arrived checked it was over $15 dollars. The price of $15 is too high for the fan.It moves air for a person enough to feel a meter away even two or three. But direct line of blowing is needed. It lacks a USB to wall socket power wall wart. So, some others are better value. But, in the USA those wall warts are easy to come by.I'm looking forward to getting the other fan I ordered because this one doesn't do a full bedroom. It is only enough for a desk. Which it is good deal at $12.Sounds quite. I would be able to use it on a night stand.=====Update 2020-07-12, I bought a second one at $11.70 during a lightening deal. This is the proper price point. Anything more than $12 is too much for this fan. By a better fan otherwise.

Best USB fan for personal use I have so far
I have at least 5 different types of USB fans, and this is the best.I bought first one about 2 years ago, and I love it, so I bought all of the rest before it went out of stock :-)Now I have 5 totally for different locations in house during summer time in southern California. It takes about 2 watts, and quiet in low speed mode, which I think is perfect for one person use.It uses mechanical switch, which is perfect for my Kasa Wi-Fi switch set up. So I use one in bathroom for ventilation with Kasa timer setup. Now I use one connected to a USB solar panel in car, so it helps move some air when my car parked under sun(free energy anyway). Will buy more when back in stock.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FAN!
I'm pretty particular about certain tones and noise levels, so it's difficult to find fans I can tolerate the sound of, but this thing is absolutely perfect! It isn't noisy, whiny or high pitched in any way. It's just a very nice, calming, steady flow... As sensitive as I am too sounds, don't think I'll even notice this thing is on, so I'm very excited and pleased! It's a beautiful design, well made and perfect size for the car, bedside or desk (not too big, not too small.) I wish the USB cord was removeable though, because it's not very long. Hopefully, it'll reach far enough for how I want to use it though, so fingers crossed, because I really do love this thing!!

Hot flash helper!
I have hot flashes, so I now own purse fan, night table hand fan, a tower fan across my room & this little fan which sits right next to my spot on the couch. When I get that suddenly hot, prickly & uncomfortable feeling, I quickly turn it on & cool back down. This fan has been super helpful! It won't stamp-out summer hear though, it won't work for that. It won't work as a window fan unless the wind blows that way already. It's just a little fan, to help a little bit.

The airflow is great for it's size
The fan has only two settings and although the item is small I haven't had the need to use the highest setting. Keeping it at the lower setting works great but of course this is for an individual for it to cool several people or a large room. Recommend for a desk, bathroom, or bedroom.

Great for hot flashes!
This fan provides perfect relief during hot flashes!I chose THIS fan because of the on/off switch location. The switch is in the front and easily accessible. You can toggle on/off without having to cycle through a bunch of settings. This feature is very helpful if you only need the fan intermittently. The fan is very quiet. Even the lowest setting delivers a powerful gust of air.I highly recommend this fan.

Button broke after literally less than 5 minutes of use
The button on this fan is COMPLETE junk. It's a 2-way toggle switch that makes it go from low, to less-low. When I first got it, I plugged it into a power bank, and tested it. It seemed fine - actually, better than I expected. It was quiet, and blew more air than I expected. The next day, I plugged it into a phone charger, and into my power meter. It measured 3 watts on low, and 3.5 watts on less-low. I toggled the switch a couple times between the two modes (we're talking about 6 times here), and the button got STUCK. It completely jammed up. I couldn't turn it off, nor in to the other mode!Getting frustrated, I tried to push on it with a little muscle, and the thing wouldn't move at all, but, the fan turned off. The button was still stuck and if you touched it the right way, it would turn on and off. I couldn't believe what had just happened. Brand new fan, less than 5 minutes of use, and the thing was rendered useless by the jammed button.I should have returned this thing, but I needed a fan, and I'm a bit of a electronics hobbyist, so I decided to try to fix it. I took the thing apart and replaced the switch with a simple toggle switch I had, and managed to get it working again (although I only had a 1-way switch, so it's now just a 1 speed fan).Under normal circumstances, I would have returned this thing faster than you can say REFUND, but it's strange times right now due to covid quarrantine. You're welcome, AirArtDeco.

Stylish and functional
Excellent fan. Looks great, larger than most portable ones but thatโs a good thing as airflow is excellent. Have two either side of my computer monitor, and now one in both the bedroom and kids room. Work all night via USB charger so nice and portable. Great design and to me, utter bargain at this price.

Works fine, sips power
Uses about 500ma on low, 550ma on high. Very quiet. Lightweight. Seems reasonably durable. Might survive a drop from a table. As a fan, I wouldn't call it powerful, but adequate. Not a huge difference between the two speeds, but it is noticeable. Low is quieter too of course. It sips power. A 500ma draw is about ยฝ what an old school iPhone adapter uses and puts out when charging a phone. A 10,000 mah power bank would run this thing about 18 to 20 hrs if fully charged.

Menopausal hero
I've recently started suffering horrendous night sweats due to the menopause and was looking for a small-ish bedside fan that would also look good in my bedroom. Hey-ho, I came across this little guy. It looks great for starters and is also extremely light, more so than you would think from looking at the picture. The fan itself is larger in diameter than your normal small fan would be and the wind capacity is amazing. There are two speeds but mainly I have it on the lower one because that is strong enough. I have it by my bed all night and have managed to start sleeping again!! Noise-wise, with earplugs, you would be hard pushed to hear it. It's not silent but it's certainly at a low level of noise. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend whole-heartedly. Oh yes, forgot to say, it runs off USB so I just plug it into the back of my digital clock-radio USB port and job done. So happy I can sleep again. Thank you.

Cool breeze.
Does exactly what it's meant to do. Love the fact I can adjust speed and direction. It's compact enough that I have it sitting on my desk as it's not intrusive looking.I usually have it on low speed for a relaxed natural breeze but sometimes the higher speed does come in handy for those hot days.
