Great product
I am recovering from back surgery and am using this to continue some therapy at home. I am petite and it fits well for exercises where I am lying down. It won’t stay on my thigh if I stand up though, but I did not expect it to. It can adjust to use on my ankles as well. Good quality and I think it will last a long time.

Good quality and nice to have higher weight for in-home use.
I bought these to continue P.T. exercises at home. It's hard to find this weight for in-home use. They seem sturdy, and I believe they will last. Not inexpensive, but for me they are worth the price.
