Takes time to get used to the flavor. It is simple and mild tea strengthening thelonger it is steeped. Add a little lemon juice and honey and drink slowly, mindfully.

It takes longer to feel the effects.
It wasn't as effective as other teas I've tried. Unfortunately the company that made the more effective tea now no longer makes it. This one just takes longer to work.

This tea, was pretty good. And it helped with my muscle and joint discomfort.

Tea for one pain begone
I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and this tea relaxes me. The ache in my muscle subsides for hours and I am able to paint and draw easier. It doesn't work, but after years of pain a couple of weeks is worth the wait. I reccomend it.And also the seller
