These kola nuts are Very bitter, but they help my blood pressure to remain stable, works good for me also as a laxative, I chop a couple up at a time in my blender, mix them with my food or sprinkle some in my drink then let it sit for a few minutes.

Not the best possible.
It had the familiar bitter kola taste but the skin requured a knife to peel where a mere twist between the fingers would suffice. Not as fresh as possible. Too expensive for the money.
