Mind you this filter is a day old and this is the third one that got “soapy” I have had this fountain for almost a year and have never experienced this with other filters. I know how to properly care for and maintain but this isn’t me accidentally getting soap in it. I’m very careful with it because I love my cat and want the best for her. 0/10 very poor quality

Convenient for multiple cats
The cats like it because it resembles running water. I feel like they are getting fresh water all the time and with 3 cats I don’t have to continually change it

My cats like the moving water. However, I clean the bowl and filter regularly and somehow mold and slime is growing, even with replacing the charcoal filter monthly. Cleaning this fountain so often with the way it is made is a hassle.
