These exercise bands are fitting in with my school mandated exercise routine. The idea was that I either join a gym or find some other way to do some strength training with progressively increasing weight. When I saw this option I knew that it would be user friendly and would fulfill the requirements of my class. I like how the handles which holds the various band with is nicely padded. The carabiner style clips are sturdy and clip easily onto the handles. The ankle strap and door attachment are nice, but I may not use them. I cannot see this as being used in the long term, simply because they can only add up to a certain amount of "weight". They seem to be constructed good though. So far I have had no trouble at all with slipping or the compression joints coming apart. I do update my reviews though, so if there are any problems I will let you know. So far so good.

 I love this set! It is great quality and easy to use. The direction booklet details the different intensities and some great ideas. I have used the colored straps (super cheap) from a physical therapist, but these are far and away better! The straps are more than 40 inches long. All five include heavy-duty steel carabiners on both ends. The handles are comfortable and attach or detach easily.Watch my video for more detail.

I like the variety of resistance in this set. I have only used it once, so time will tell how long these will hold up. I plan on using them during the winter slump of not wanting to leave my house for the gym!
