Hurley Men's Standard One & Only Supersuede 21" Boardshort, White, 33

This is a repeated purchase of Hurley swim trunks b/c I love the look and feel of them... They fit extremely well, look great, and have really good build quality. This pair of swim trunks is no different. The fit is spot on as usual, design is simplistic, but thought out, and is adjustable to a point.The things I like about their swim trunks (and this pair fits this mold):- Liners have always bugged me - these don't have liners in them at all. This is a plus to me. A word of warning, if you get a lighter pair (I purchased a pair of neon green once), you will unfortunately have to wear a pair of underwear or ... ahem ... you give a nice show of your "business" every time you get out of the water. Darker pairs don't suffer from this as much- I have a typical dislike for elastic-stretch swim trunks. They usually look frumpy and messy. These are NOT elastic, but the waist is comfy even when wet.- The ties are thick, but not too much so. The fabric they used is a tightly woven cotton/synthetic material that is strong, but also very durable. I've only had one issue with all pairs I've owned and that was when I dried it in the dryer and shouldn't have... it melted a very small part of it - lesson learned. I don't think I've ever had a pair of these inadvertently come untied ever.- The crotch area BEHIND the tie has a soft dark fabric liner that protects you from rubbing, but also keeps things hidden if the tie were to come undone.- They're not form fitting, but at the same time are very flattering. This is true when I weighed more (I purchased a 38" waist a few years back before losing weight) as well as right now with my 36" waist. There are no buldging in any areas, and they look great just in general.- They dry EXCEPTIONALLY quickly. I'm talking nearly bone dry in 15-20 minutes on a warm day. This decreases a bit with time due to washing, so I'd suggest allowing them to dry naturally and getting a few wears, if possible.I think the quick-drying "plus" (as well as some of the logo-ing) is unfortunately the reason you cannot machine-dry these shorts. They likely lose their effectiveness when they're dried. This said, this is probably the 5th pair I've purchased because I love them so much.A final statement - these are slightly lighter in color than they appear on the site. I still love the color, but buyer beware. It's still not a "sky blue", but just a hint lighter.

I'm always having trouble with trunk sizes on line as they are all over the map. I took a shot and just ordered these the same size as my Levis slim straight 513's and they are just about equal. Maybe a half size more snug than the Levis. So if you are super snug in your Levis, id go up a size. If you have a little wiggle room in your Levis, you should be alright with the same size. I like the thickness of these as well. Some have said they miss the more shear and stretchy stuff but I'm a little older(48) and am a little thrown off by the sheerness of the new material. These are not super heavy but they are just thick enough where you aren't showing "helmet" through the fabric when "hanging" at the beach....which is nice. Length is nice at mid knee. I'm 5'8", 32" waist, 162lbs. All in all, I really like these trunks. They are simple and comfortable, and not insanely priced at $40 (Surf brand trunks seem to be priced at $70 and up these days which is looloo). Hurley came out with the "no velcro" folded fly back in the mid-late nineties, and they still have them which is awesome. Hope this helps

The suit fits as expected and looks and feels great. But I’m not sure if it’s the material or what, but it is impossible to clean and get white again after wearing it one time. If you buy this I would suggest it in a different color, and nothing light that could stain.

I like these board shorts, but I'd probably only wear them for a slow, relaxing day at the beach. If you try to hop up on something the legs don't have much give and it can be a struggle. Also didn't like that there was only a simple back pocket. I'd prefer a side pocket, maybe big enough to hold a phone. The look of them are real nice and fit well around the waist.

Somewhat small and a little on the tight side and I am skinny. 6'3"175lbs. 33"waist and length. I was disappointed in the lightness of the material. I never wore them in the pool for fear of the suction cup and light material effect. The last pair of board shorts that I bought from Hurley were nice durable material. I wore them hiking and swimming, alas I lost them and wanted a pair just like them. I thought these were the ones but I guess not.

I hate to give bad reviews.. but these are see through. My boyfriend got them and you can see everything through them. Had to return. They are really nice other than that, they just need thicker material I guess!

Fit great in the legs and waist, but apparently I have too much junk in my trunk for these shorts, causing them to pull tightly across the front. Disappointing since I missed the return window before I found out.

The Hurley Icon boardshorts in Aqua are a perfect color for fun in the sun, pool or ocean. These shorts are just the right length and great quality but are definitely on the small side. These do not have the stretch that some of the other Hurley boardshorts do. 6’2” 240 a perfect fit would have been a 38 unless you like your swimwear tight. These are 5 ⭐️ shorts but deducted 1 ⭐️ for fit.

Really pleased with these. Comfortable, liked the material and futtex perfectly.
