Excellent product. In my first Hot Tub, I used all the expensive brands of chemicals.... never seemed quite right. In my new one (2 yo) I put three table spoons every third day, and it always crystal clear.

Got this to use in a spa. Has blue coloring chemical added. This blue coloring stained spa and clogged filters. Required draining spa and a vigorous cleaning of acrylic spa and high pressure blasting of spa filters. There must have been too much dye to cause caking of filters and stains on acrylic.

From a sanitizer perspective, the product is OK. The added blue dye makes this a horrible product. This material clogs up the filter pretty quick. I get a lot of undissolved blue crystals on my filter. The manufacture should consider drastically reducing the amount of blue dye added to this product. It really ruins it as a product. The goal is to have a pool (spa) that IS clean, not a pool that looks clean because the water is blue.

I purchased this product to shock and decontaminate an old well... It worked really good.. Due to the water softeners and additional minerals in this product it works much better than just straight chlorine bleach. Don't worry we're not drinking it! The well has a high lime content and this stuff helped soften the water quite a bit and is much easier on the skin... The trick is to get your dosages down to the right levels... We started with 3 table spoons for the initial shocking process in a small under ground well which resulted in a strong chlorine smell for more than a week and have refined that down 1 1/2 tablespoons per week which resulted in a pleasant slight chlorine swimming pool scent. Works great for the outdoor shower and Hillbilly Hot Tub!

The HTH Ultimate Mineral Brilliance was exactly what we needed this summer to keep our 2 1/2 pool crystal clean and clear all summer long. The blue crystals were something new to us and we wernt sure what to think of it when we first used it in the pool but boy were were thrilled to see how crystal clear it made the water after running the filter through and adding the HTH daily we had a full summer of fun never having to empty the pool once...it is an amazing product!!!

This one works better than hth 6-in-1 and I am using less quantity too! I apply them to my pool once a week using the cap as a measurement. It can last me for 1 to 2 months depending on the situation. Not bad for a price like this.

I don't need much else to keep my pool sparkling clear.

This product is great. Used one tablespoon or less for my pool spa and it kept the water crystal clear. Highly recommend.
